Peter's POV

I swing a punch towards Jeanine and knock her to the ground out cold. With tears brimming my eyes I look over at Ash to see her laying on the glass covered floor. I quickly rip off my jacket and tear off a piece of fabric. I then hold it against her bullet wound and set her head in my lap.

I pull her hair back behind her small ears and a tear falls off my cheek landing onto her forehead.

"Come on Peter!" I hear Tobias yell along with a few gunshots. "Just leave her!"

Anger grows within me, how can you say just leave your sister. "She's your sister you idiot!" I snarl picking her up carefully. I run out the door behind J and Sally with Tobias on my tail, Tris in his arms. "Go left!" I shout dodging a bullet as it whizzes past my arm.

"Go right!" Tobias shouts only causing J to nod and turn right. Idiots! Instead of listening to the bafoon with four fears behind me I take a sharp left down the hall. "Peter!" Tobias shouts but I don't listen. I finally make it to a back door and go outside. The cold nipping at my fingers and nose.

I hear more gunshots to my right only causing my head to say 'I told you so'. I make it a safe distance away before looking down at the girl in my arms. Tears begin to rapidly fall as I slow down my pace.

"Ash wake up." My voice cracks. "You have to wake up." I utter before running along side of a train and jumping on. The same words continue to leave my mouth even when I reach dauntless.

I sit next to the bed I remember sleeping in as a initiate only instead of my body in bed Ash's cold one lays. Anxiety builds up in me causing my heart and head to throb. I sit there with my head in my hands trying to remember where I placed the syringe that was supposed to be used to kill Tris.

"Why the hell are you in here?" Bella's voice rings in my ears. Not a single word escapes my lips, only my head lifts itself from my hands and my eyes meet with her dark ones.

She walks over then gasps as soon as she sees Ash's body. "What did you do!" She shouts in anger. Before I can even respond she shouts again, "Get out!" I feel as if my body is full of cement and I can't move.

I'm soon shoved to the ground my head colliding with the cold hard floor. A wince escapes my lips as I rub the back of my head. "Get away from her you traitor." Bella shouts once again. I manage to pick myself off the ground but I don't leave the room like I was asked. I just keep my distance from the girl that I might have killed...

Ash's POV

Darkness.

That's all I see, it's all I feel. It's all I've ever felt. My body aches from the inside out. I feel as though there is a wall brick on my body causing my veins unable to pump blood and lungs unable to breathe in oxygen my body so desperately needs.

Slowly a light shines allowing me to see the dark walls in which I've always known as my bedroom. I sit up rubbing my head, a yawn escaping my lips. I get up and slowly put on the black leathered clothing my body has always been known to wear.

"Knock knock?" A voice asks from the other side of my door. "Come in." I answer to see J standing there her hair pulled back into a tight ponytail. I begin to pull my own back in a similar way as she speaks, "Ready?"

I nod my head and follow her out of my room and out of the dark cave like buildings that all teenagers seem to be crawling out of. My mind races like the train that we all ride on.

My body sways back and forth with the train cars as they run along the metal railings. "I'll see you all later!" A dauntless teenager yells leaping off of the train. Everyone follows his suit yelling, jumping and tumbling. We run into the building and all take our places.

My eyes land on the five bowls that rest in front of me that will decide my fate, my life. One filled with water, another filled with broken glass, the third with stones and the fourth with dirt. My eyes land on the ones with the hot coals that will sizzle up any blood would hit it.

My eyes drift to the people around me. I notice all of the people who were I feel my head name off every person that I seem to know like my best friends. The girl known as Bella sits in her chair with a red dress adorning her body.

Flame standing next to the edge near the isle close to the boy named Edward who is in Erudite. Tris walks in with her family and older brother named Caleb. Al and Christina with their black and white outfits. Will dressed in his blue erudite uniform.

My eyes land lastly on the boy named Peter Hayes. His fellow bullies Molly and Drew next to him tormenting the younger Candor members. His eyes lock with mine as if he knew I was watching him. His lips curl upward into a smile and winks causing a small smile to form on my lips and blush to creep up along my cheeks.

My dad begins to speak and each and everyone of those people transfer to dauntless but before Peter can go my name is called. I make my way up to the stage rubbing my sweaty hands on my pants. I pick up the sharp metal object and press the blade into my palm.

The thick, red liquid pools in the palm of my hand as my eyes drift across all of the bowls. I glance up at my father who seems to have a curious expression on his face. I close my eyes taking a deep breath holding my small hand out over a bowl. The blood drips from my hand into the bowl. I open my eyes to see my hand extended over the broken glass.

I'm greeted with a warm welcome from the people dressed in black and white. A smile etched on their faces and a smile on my face.

----------------------------------------------

This might be the very last chapter I might do one more but for all who are confused on where I took this story is that everything was a dream/ telltale of the future, IF she chose to stay in dauntless. In the very first book realize I did leave out the Choosing Ceremony.

I may do another chapter or an epilogue but this story is basically over. Everything was all a look into the future/ what mainly happened in Veronica Roth's book.

I hope you enjoyed don't be afraid to hit the vote button or leave a comment.

What do you guys want? Another chapter or an epilogue? Let me know in the comments!
