**Ch 29 Beach Party**

**Bella's POV**

I was so pissed off that I just wanted to rip shit apart. A part of me knew I was fighting with Edward, but I couldn’t really fight the urge to destroy. Every time I would bite down something always compelled me not to rip. I wasn’t really focusing so it took me by surprise when something crashed down on my mouth. When I realized Edward was kissing me I snapped out of it and threw myself into the kiss. Fuck his touch feels amazing. I tangle my hands in his hair and I pulled drawing him closer to me. He snarled right before he bit me.

I could feel his hands tightening on my waist pulling me closer to him. I was just about to flip us over so I was on top when he was pulled off of me. I don’t know what is going on but he is mine and I want him now. I get up and walk over to him ignoring those mutts as I jumped on him and wrapped my arms and legs around him. I nuzzled my head in his neck kissing and licking it right before I bite down without leaving my saliva this time. “Bella this is not the time or place for ya’ll to be marking each other darling. We are in a bit of a situation right now, so if either one of ya’ll want to snap out of it or help; then that would be very much appreciated.” Jasper stressed. I snapped out of my Edward induced haze as I got down and locked around to see the rest of the pack back and the elders.

My eyes narrowed in on Paul. “What the hell are you doing here?” I growled. I could tell my eyes were turning black again by the way everyone took a step back from me even my family. “I specifically said I didn’t want to see your ass anywhere near me.” I growled walking closer to him. “That isn’t the point right now. The treaty is null in void since your bloodsucker bit you in our presence.” Sam said. I turned around and faced him. Him and to others where holding Edward in their grasps. “No the treaty says if he bits another person. Which can be harmful to them, resulting in them either draining or them changing. As you can see I am neither now release him of so help me Sam I will go tell Emily on you.” I growled. He released him but didn’t move.

“What are you Isabella?” he asked. “That is none of your concern and is not a conversation that I want to have. I want you and the rest of your people to leave our area. This is a private function and I want to keep it that way if you don’t mind.” I told him curtly.  He stared at me for a minute before nodding. “Let’s go everyone. There is nothing to be done here. Enjoy the rest of you evening Isabella.” He said and walked off with the rest of them following behind. I turned toward the rest of my family and sighed. “So I guess that could have gone over a lot better than it did. Okay besides our little slip we came here to relax on our day off, so Jasper and Alice can you set up the nets for the game and if you’re hungry the food is in the ice chest. I'm going to take a walk.” I tell them picking up my vest and heading down the beach.

I have only been walking down on the beach for a few minutes when someone came up towards me. “Look I just want to be left alone. I will be back over there in a few minutes.” I told whoever it was and kept walking. “I'm sorry I didn’t mean anything by it; it’s just looks like that something was wrong and I wanted to see if I can do anything to help.” Said a soft spoken voice from behind me. I turned around to see none of then Emily. “No I'm alright I just have a lot to think about is all.” I explained with a small smile. “Oh alright then, my name is Emily Young by the way.” She said holing out her hand to shake. “Hi Emily my name is Bella Diamond. It’s nice to meet you, but I need to be heading out.” I said shaking her hands and making my way back up the beach towards the others.

I turned back around towards her. “If you want you can come join my family and I for some games and food.” I offered. She looked like she was debating it realizing who I am by now. She nodded and walked over to me. “Can I ask you something Bella?” she asked. “Well you just did but I don’t mind if you ask me something else.” I told her with a small smile. “I was just wondering how you can hang out with a bunch of vampires?” she whispered. “See the thing is that everybody seems to be forgetting is the fact that they once were humans like everybody else, and what makes them different from the others of their kind is that they choose to make something out of this life and retained their humanity by doing it. Don’t get me wrong most of them drank from humans at one point in time but they don’t anymore.”  I told her.
