"Can we please go now?" Ross groaned behind you, dragging his feet on the floor, scuffing up his brand new converse he just bought.

"Not yet," you said, tossing a two boxes of pasta noodles in your shopping cart for dinner tonight before pushing it along, down the aisles.

You two just got finished baby clothes shopping for Rydel and Ellington baby shower. They just married a year ago, and they are now expecting a baby boy. Everyone knew Rydel was secretly hoping for a girl, but you knew she'd love her baby boy no less.

And at this baby shower, you knew lots of people will be asking you about them expecting to see a big, fancy diamond ring on my finger and if there was going to be a huge, white wedding.

And honestly, you didn't know yet.

Ross and you have been in a pretty amazing, strong relationship for two years maybe soon he will propose to you.

But why worry about marriage now? You two are deeply in love, would do anything for each and are still young and reckless. You two are partners in crime—not literally—so you both are just living in the moment, which is completely fine.

"I wanna leave—ooh, ice cream!" Ross dashed down the dairy aisle, swinging open the glass door, pulling out three jugs of mint chocolate ice cream.

You couldn't you were in love with this wacko. He's a five year old living inside a twenty three year olds body. And to think you were going to marry him?! HA!

"Babe, we are not buying all that ice cream," you chuckled. He paid no attention to you, but dropping the ice cream in the basket.

"It's the least you can do for making me lag around all day while you do your stupid errands." He grunts, wrapping his arms around you from behind. He rests his head on your shoulder, pecking your cheek. "I wanted to go home like three hours ago and we are still shopping."

"Well these stupid errands have to be done sometime, right?" You laughed, grabbing two jugs of milk from the refrigerator. "I had to buy a gift for Rydel's baby shower and plus, we need groceries. Unless you want to starve?"

"Mmm," he hums in your ear. "But you took like two hours in that baby store."

"But the outfits were so cute!" You exclaimed, walking away from him so you could add the milk to your cart.

"Geez, if it takes you that long to go shopping for a baby that isn't even yours...than I can't imagine how long it'll take when we actually decide on having babies." You saw his cheeks tinge pink, it was so adorable.

Your heart melted at his words. He actually thought of yours and his future together? Marriage and kids? Awe!

"I wouldn't have as much energy," you joked. "I will be sore from my swollen belly and I will be too fat to move. So you will be the one doing all this for me." You cringed at the thought of having a huge stomach for nine months and the stretch marks that will be following.

"Being pregnant isn't being fat," he objects, suddenly becoming serious. "Babe, is that what you are worried about?"

"Well...no," you said slowly. "I don't know. It's just...is it worth carrying around a baby in your stomach for nine months? Imagine all the pain I'll be going through."

A smile spread across Ross's lips. He took a step towards you, taking your hands in his. "There will be some pain, yes." He nods. "But I'll be there with you, all the way. From the moment you find out your pregnant. And to the moment I'll be holding your hand in the delivery room."

You smiled, feeling your heart flutter. Just imagining doing that with Ross is just amazing.

You wrapped your arms around his torso, getting on your tippy toes, kissing his lips.

"I love you," you grinned, kissing his lips once again before wandering off to finish your shopping.

And just like that, Ross started whining again. You laughed, trying your best to ignore him.

You turn your back, getting on your tippy toes to take two loafs of wheat bread, adding it to your cart, when you turn around for a surprise in your cart.

Somehow Ross climbed inside the back basket of the cart, sitting cris crossed. The food was shoved forward, making room for him. He barely fit, his long legs were being squished. Anyways, it looked like a very uncomfortable position.

"Ross!" You shrieked, looking around to see if anyone was watching. "Babe, you aren't suppose to be in there!" You threw your head back laughing.

God, you were in love with a idiot.

"I got tired of standing," he shrugs. "Ugh, but now my butt hurts." He groans, trying to get comfortable. You rolled your eyes, pushing your big baby along.

"Wow, no wonder it was so hard pushing you out in the delivery room," you joked, patting his head. "But mommy loves you, my big baby boy." You cooed, ruffling up his hair.

"That voice is so cute," he grins. "You're going to be the best mommy ever, Y/N." He leaned over, puckering out his lips for a kiss. You sighed, pressing your lips on his puckered out ones. "I love you, mommy." You smiled sweetly, until he added. "God, that sounds so wrong. That's something I would call you in bed...ooh! You know what would be sexier? If you called me daddy. Call me daddy, y/n."

You bit your lip, knowing if you did it would just turn him on. And did the people around you guys wanted to see a horny Ross? Yeah, no.

"Maybe later," you winked, licking your lips.

Grocery shopping with Ross is always...interesting.
