(A/N: in this story it takes place at the lake R5 filmed their "Pass Me By" music video, so just imagine that. 😉)
Should I bring anything to this party? You texted to one of your best friends; Rydel. You two met at one of her tea parties a few months ago. Savannah Hudson, you other best friend asked Rydel if she could invite you and so that's how it went.
And now Rydel has invited you to this party her and her brothers are having at a lake. She said there is going to be a good amount of people. There is a huge bonfire, music and a dock to jump off of into the lake. And plus, this is the first time you are meeting Rydel's brothers.
Bring a swimsuit, if you are planning on swimming. And if you could bring like...some chocolate, gram crackers or marshmallows, that'd be great! 😘 -Delly💗
You quickly sent back message before continuing to get ready. The party was in a half hour, and you still needed to get ready.
You pulled on some short shorts and a short sleeve buttoned up floral crop top. You didn't bother doing much with your hair, just leaving it natural, and kept your make up natural, as well. You grabbed your NorthFace bag, shoving a towel and your black bikini inside, before entering the kitchen, grabbing another plastic bag and filled it with marshmallows, bars of Hershey chocolate and gram crackers.
"I'll be back soon, Mom!" You called out to your mother, slipping on some flip flops and grabbed your keys before exiting the house.

You arrived the party a few minutes later, finding an empty parking space. You could hear loud music and laughter as you walked the little path that led to where the party was being held. When you got to the opening, you gasped at how pretty it was.
It looked like a rainforest. There was a waterfall to the left, where some people hung out in the pool part of it. There was in fact a dock, where a canoe was attached at the side, with a rope hanging from a tree so people could swing off it into the water. Right in front of the dock is where everything was. There was a fire pit, with chairs surrounding the pit. And beside that there were two long tables, both holding trays of food and a large cooler which held drinks.
You could tell Rydel even decorated the place a bit. Above the chairs and fire pit, she hung white, glimmering lights above in the trees to give more light when it grew darker out.
"Y/N!" You heard Rydel's perky, bubbly voice screech behind you. You spun around, smiling once you saw your best friend.
"Hey, Delly," you greeted nicely. You both shared a quick, tight squeeze. Rydel looked so gorgeous in her flowing dress and white daisies threaded in her hair. "You look absolutely stunning." You complimented, touching the fabric of her dress. Rydel always dressed nice, which always made you jealous on how good of a style she had.
"Thanks girl," she laughs, throwing her arm around your shoulders playfully. "You look hot, y'know. When my brothers meet you, their jaws will be dropping."
You felt a blush creep onto your cheeks, imagining the sight. You've seen pictures of the boys on Rydel's phone and photographs around her house, and from the looks of it...they were really good looking. There was four of them, and you knew that one of them was dating Savannah Latimer, but you didn't know which one. And since Savannah Hudson is one of your best friends, you knew she was dating Ryland.
Which meant...two out of the four attractive brothers were single. You secretly hoped it was the one with soft looking bleach blonde hair, with the dazzling, pearly smile.
