SYNOPSIS:
"Life, Luke had decided, was colourless."
-
Sometimes people change. In fact, change is difficult to avoid, as much as these four teenagers have tried. Sometimes people have to get better, but that's difficult too. As far as they believe, being better is something they can't have. Yet, predicting the future is difficult too.
Among all this difficulty, a colourless boy will find a dusty rose friend. A girl who can't eat will wonder about a boy battling his meds. They will learn with every secret, every twisted up frown and every small exchange of emotion, just how difficult it is to change, and just how clueless they are about what being better really is.
