School dances and hip hop concerts

So this Friday our school is having a "jingle ball" dance, and since my first dance was really fun, I intended showing up at this one. I asked my mom about it but she said that our family is going to a hip hop concert at the same time as the dance. You might be thinking that I would choose a concert over a dance, but honestly I would rather go to the school dance because i like dancing and listening to music, more than just listening to it with not much wiggle room. If you have never been to a concert, they are very crowded. I also love to be with my friends, I would rather be with my friends than go see a concert. Don't get me wrong, I love hip hop and I'm sure it's going to be totally fun. But I'd just rather go to the dance.  What would you rather go to a hip hop concert, or school dance?
