It's been eight months since Johnnie has seen Kyle. He hasn't even seen him in videos, because after the divorce, Kyle decided to 'take a break' from MDE. Really, he just needed a break from Johnnie.
For a really long time.
They both still make videos, and Johnnie is still in MDE, but neither have talked to each other for almost a year.
Kyle is dating a girl named Meghan now. He still makes videos on his personal channel, almost all of which are with his girlfriend. He misses Johnnie so much it hurts, and he has seen all of his videos at least twice, but he would never let anyone know that.
Johnnie is still heartbroken after Kyle hurt him, but if you ask him, he will deny it and say that he is absolutely in love with his boyfriend, Chris O'Flyng. Even the thought of Kyle hurts, so he refuses to even go on YouTube anymore, in case one of Kyle's videos show up.
When Meghan convinces Kyle to move to LA, they settle into their apartment quickly.
Neither realize, but the apartment complex they moved into is the same as the one Bryan and Johnnie live in.
Kyle's new house is directly across the hall from his ex husband.
