"Your Sister is absolutely adorable." Luke whispers in my ear as we start heading towards the front door of my mother's house.

"Bye Mr and Mrs Rhodes." Kelly yells from the top of the staircase. I look up to her to see her smiling from ear to ear. I decide not to be the rude older sister today and pretend she didn't just call me Mrs Rhodes.

"Bye Princess."

I pace up and down Jamie Vincent's Office waiting for his lanky figure to come through the door. Calm down Adeline it's just a meeting.
"Ah Adeline just the woman I have been dying to see." Jamie pops his head through the doorway.
"Hi Jamie it's a pleasure to meet you. Your Choreography is amazing." I gush taking a seat opposite him.
"Hi have been dying to meet you since your performance Saturday night, I don't usually come in on Sundays but I do for Dancers like you." I blush at his complement.
"Well I got an email about Cinderella were you willing to cast me." I head straight into business.
"Yes, I was thinking the ballet industry needs a fresh face and a highly talented one. I think you fit perfectly and I was wondering if you would let me do the honours of casting you as Cinderella." My mouth is left wide open. Me the new fresh face of the ballet industry? Me Adeline Harries Cook casted as Cinderella?

"Yes Jamie I will. I can't wait to work with you." I smile shaking his hand.
"Me too Adeline Training starts tomorrow I will email the details. Au revoir." He says leading me out the door.

"Je ne peux pas attendre de travailler avec vous, Au Revoir." Yes I did study French in high school. He smiles as he closes the door. Holy Crap did that just happen? Am I seriously being casted as Cinderella? I need to get home right away. "Honey I'm home." I swing the front door open.
"How did it go?" I run up to him and wrap my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck. He spins me around whilst holding my wait.
"It went perfectly. You're looking at Cinderella." I say jumping down.
"Good Job Princess." He kisses me on the cheek.
"Merci"
"You speak French now?" His face is surprised.
"I'm a woman of many talents. Au Revoir" I say walking into the lounge room to lie down.
"Luke Would you please give me foot rub?"
"What's in it for me?" He asks with a smirk.
"You get a happy girlfriend." I smile propping my feet onto his lap. He starts rubbing my feet as I turn on the TV to watch the latest episode of American Horror Story. Today has been a great day and hopefully it stays that way.

5 Months Later.

"Adeline you need to put more emotion in while you dance with Josh." Jamie Vincent yells at me. Today is the second last day of training before our performance in two days.
"I'm Trying Jamie."
"Pretend Its Me Addy." I look out to the empty chairs to see Luke sitting in the third row by himself with a bouquet of peonies in his hand. I smile and get prepared to redo the scene. You may be thinking it can't be that hard to put emotion into the performance. But it is considering I see josh only at trainings and if I'm being honest we aren't even close even though I see him four times a week. Come Adeline you have got to do this or your perfect understudy will get the job. You have quit your job to do this come on. Yes I may be talking to myself but encouraging self-talk is good I'm not crazy. "Oh Adeline you look gorgeous." Luke kisses me on the cheek as I walk out of the change room.
"Thank you babe you look good too." I say hugging him.
"It's our six month Anniversary tonight so what do you say if we go out."
"Yes Please can we go to the beach and have fish and chips please Lukey." I plead and look up to him with my puppy dog eyes.
"Yes anything for you my little angel." We walk to the car hand in hand. I can't help but smile from ear to ear as we drive along the quiet streets of Brighton. "You look beautiful Adeline now let's get there before midnight." He gives me a small smile.
"Be quiet I didn't take that long, Allons-y maintenant." I say while pushing him out the door.
"Stop talking French my love. I learnt Spanish in high school and I dropped out of languages in the ninth grade." He says opening the car door for me.
"Let's go now that's what I said okay." As soon as the car turns on a one direction song comes blasting through the radio system.
"Oh yeah this my jam." Luke jokes as he reverses out of the driveway.
"Let me put my playlist on you Weirdo." I plug my phone into the speaker thing and put on my awesome playlist. The first song that comes on is Youth by Troye Sivan.
"Now this is my jam, I can't believe you One Direction Luke." I shake my head disapprovingly.
"Don't judge me and my music. Now get out of the car and order the fish and chips." I look up to see the fish and chip shop ahead.
"Why should I do it?"
"Because I did it last time."
"But babe I don't want to." I say in my cute little voice.
"Fine."
"Thanks Love ya babe." I say putting my feet up. Pointe shoes seriously kill your feet. Tip for having nice feet don't become a ballerina. It feels weird calling myself a ballerina it just sounds so professional but I don't feel like I'm a professional. "I'm back, back again tell your friends." Luke swings the car door open.
"Did you get chicken salt?"
"Yes."
"You are the best person who has ever walked this earth." I exaggerate opening the paper bag and inhaling the beautiful smell of chips.

Sorry for the crappy chapter a really really good one is coming up next.
