[At Home]

Its 9:30 and I'm still kind of getting ready. I had on a dress. It was black with a tight fit. I put on a all gold belt to compliment my small waste. The dress was A symmetrical with no sleeves. My hair was straight with my bang flipped. I had on little to no makeup, red lipstick, mascara, and foundation. I put on these cute Roberto Cavalli shoes I splurged on. They were black with gold on the back. They were tall and looked comfortable. I didn't tell my friends of my date so I had no one to critique my outfit. I just went with my gut that I looked nice. I heard a knock on the door and went to go answer it. I opened it and it was Joey.

"Oh! How did you find my house?" I asked.

"I have my ways" He smiled.

"Well, you said 10 and I'm not really ready." I said.

"That's fine. I'll wait." He went and plopped down on my couch with his nice black dress pants, and expensive shoes. I just went and got ready. I changed my dress. I wanted it to be a surprise. Instead, I put on a nice red dress. It was simple. It complimented my boobs and wasn't too tight. No belt this time. I just put on this nice perfume I liked to wear. I slipped into these all black Louboutins and changed my earrings to diamonds. I looked pretty good. I stepped out and he just stared at me.

"Well.....this is the time to hit on me."

He just panned me up and down.

"Fine. Nevermind."

I pulled him up from my couch.

"We're taking your car." I said as we walked down the steps to his car.

"Oh! My purse!" I ran in the house and got my purse and keys. I came back to him and he had a smirk on his face.

"What?" I said.

"Nothing." He looked a little uncomfortable.

I don't play mind games so I just got in the car. I didn't even wait for him to open the door. He started to drive.

"I could have opened that y'know." He said.

"You were busy " I said.

"Hey. Don't be like that." He said noticing my annoyance.

I didn't say anything. Yes, this was definitely not a continuous thing.

Then, he pulled out "Graduation", my favorite album by Kanye.

"What you know 'bout that ?!" I said excited.

We bopped to the music the whole ride to the restaurant. Thank God, because this "date" was starting out bad. We stopped at Gusto's and he helps me out the car. We walk in and who do I see? My ex. My ex with the skinny bitch he left me for. I didn't really care. I had moved on. He was so full of himself he would always force me to believe that I missed him. When really, I didn't miss him at the least.

"Your table is over here." The waittress walked us over to our table.

"KERRY." My ex yelled to me.

I turned to him, "yes ?"

"How are you? You miss me?"

"Fine and no."

I pulled Joey and kept walking.

"Here it is," the waittress sat us at the top level, it gave us a nice view. He pulled out my chair and I sat.

"Who was that?" He asked.

"My ex," I shook my head.

"Oh wow." He looked down.

"I'm completely over him though. He cheated on me with the blonde he's sitting with."
