Chapter 33 - Unwanted Broadcast

"Paige! Get that location!" Mrs. Khan ordered. The tension in the room was thick as everyone was either scurrying around the main control panel or frozen, transfixed on watching the man who called himself Absalom smile at us from the screen.

"Yes Ma'am. I'm trying but they have scrambles and evading technology protecting them." Paige answered.

"Do whatever it takes." Mrs. Khan answered.

"Seth." Mr. Khan called out to Flo's main body guard who also happens to hate my whole being.

"Sir. I have ordered the plane to prep up and they have reported to be ready to fly us at a moments notice." Seth answered.

"Good." Mr. Khan answered. "Fluer dear the location?"

"Paige?" Mrs. Khan ordered.

"I'm trying Ma'am." Paige answered wiping her brow. "It knows my every attack."

"Can you try opening up a channel. If that is indeed ED he'll acknowledge one of us." Aiden suggested as we continued watching the guy Absalom smile fondly at the screen. "ED has to have a back door."

"Help me then." Paige replied as the screen flickered as Absalom laughed. Aiden seated himself on a monitor beside Paige and started to type up.

"Oh it seems you're losing my signal. Is it that hard to catch up?" he said taking another drag from his cigar.

"BRAD. Display the tracking progress." Mrs. Khan ordered.

A hologram appeared that showed the globe. Various points were glowing.

"How can the signal be from all of those places?" Kris asked going closer to the hologram.

"It's scrambling us." Paige answered. "Evading and decoys."

"I remember the beach and warmth of the tropics where I was held captive." Kris said. "Can we filter down the signals to just the equator?"

"Brilliant Kris." Aiden said and the hologram transformed to a strip of map that showed only the countries near the equator.

"We still have over 20 signals." Paige said. "Anything more specific Kris?"

Before he can answer BRAD interrupted us.

"Mistress Khan. I have confirmation that it is indeed AI ED. I need authorization to open up the channel." BRAD said.

"What do you need BRAD?" Mrs. Khan asked.

"Voice authorization Mistress." BRAD answered. "Please speak whoever has proper authorization."

"I'm Fluer Khan. Authorization level SAAA. Give me access." Mrs. Khan said.

"Access denied." BRAD droned out. "Should we try again?"

"Randlal Khan. Authorization level 1SAAA." Mr. Khan said but it had the same result as with his wife.

Everyone tried and when it was Minny she nearly fainted again when the Access Denied messaged appeared.

"Min!" I shouted since I was the closest to her but Luhan was faster.

"Kim Jong In recognized. Access Opened." BRAD said and the red screen transformed to a blue one.

"What the hell." Sehun muttered as all eyes turned on me.

"ED." I gasped out.

"Hello Master Kai. I don't have much time." ED's voice answered much to our shock. "I'm transferring a series of coordinates and a message."
