5        INT. XAVIOR'S SCHOOL (XAVIOR'S OFFICE) - DAY

[PHOENIX automatically lets go of PRO.X head- both breathing heavily and sweating PHOENIX begins pacing]

PHOENIX: Professor, what are we going to do?

PRO.X: Right now? I am going to take a page out of Logan's book and have a drink.

[PHOENIX stops, folds her arms and glares at PRO.X]

PHOENIX: Professor?!

PRO.X: Oh, right- go call the X-men.

[PHOENIX exits. PRO.X pours another drink and wipes the sweat from his forehead]

5.5        MONTAGE - VARIOUS | SONG: Born To Be Wild by Steppenwolf

a) EXT. STREET- DAY: WOLVERINE looks right, takes another swig from a beer, then gets on his bike and riders off.

b) EXT. AVENGERS BASE (LAWN) - DAY: IRON MAN steps outside and looks up at the sky, pulls out a megaphone, calling for THOR before giving up and going inside.

c) INT. OFFICE - DAY: BEAST picks up the phone.

d) INT. XAVIOR'S SCHOOL (HALL) - DAY: CYCLOPS walking through the hall.

e) EXT. XAVIOR'S SCHOOL (BALCONY) - DAY: STORM is standing with her arms out (like Titanic). PHOENIX comes up behind her, taps her on the shoulder, and gestures for her to follow.

f) EXT. AVENGERS BASE (LAWN) - DAY: IRON MAN returns, pulling a reluctant CAP.AMERICA. IRON MAN forces CAP.AMERICA to hold the end of a banner. IRON MAN unfolds the banner to reveal; "THOR, GET YOUR ASGARDIAN ASS DOWN HERE NOW!" CAP.AMERICA reads the banner and walks off.

g) EXT. BUILDING ROOF - NIGHT: BL.WIDOW is running along the roof (being chased), occasionally looking behind her. She stops and crouches down, putting her hand to her ear piece and nods.

h) INT. LOKI'S BASE - NIGHT: HAWKEYE'S phone rings in the f.g., HAWKEYE in the b.g. ignores it. (HAWKEYE is sitting on the floor, wearing a tiara and sipping from a tea cup.

i) INT. AVENGERS BASE (FRONT DOOR) - DAY: Door mysteriously opens to reveal FURY flanked by COULSON and HILL.

j) INT. XAVIOR'S SCHOOL (PRO.X OFFICE) - DAY: PRO.X waiting.

Cut to:
