3 INT. AVENGERS BASE (LOUNGE ROOM) - NIGHT
[CAP.AMERICA is reading a newspaper in an armchair. IRON MAN storms in in a dramatic flare]
IRON MAN: Steve. (pause) Steve! (pause) STEVE!! (slaps away the newspaper and pulls a frowny-face)
CAP.AMERICA: (sighs) What, Tony?
IRON MAN: We have a major crisis on our hands!
[CAP.AMERICA rolls his eyes, picks up and adjusts his paper]
CAP.AMERICA: What? Your precious stash of alcohol's gone missing?
IRON MAN: No. Look! (turns on the news)
[Footage montages of mutants protests and politicians]
CAP.AMERICA: Yeah, so? This mutant issue is all over the news! (holds up front cover of newspaper) See?!
IRON MAN: Yeah, but what about me? Hello, I'm Iron Man- does no one remember that?
[Enter HILL - she rolls her eyes at IRON MAN and hands a tablet to CAP.AMERICA]
HILL: In coming transmission from Falcon.
[Video of FALCON]
FALCON: Yo, Cap, whats up- so, I got a lead on our 'missing person'...
[Voice fades out as CAP.AMERICA exits- walks pass a disbelieving (ignored) IRON MAN]
IRON MAN: Maybe, I forgot the memo but it seems like it's Ignore-Tony-Day, today...AGAIN!
HILL: (yells over shoulder) Pepper's on the line- she said that you better pick up or else!
[HILL exits. IRON MAN groans and exits]
