Sorry it's been a while, I've been busy with Christmas stuff so I haven't really been writing that much , enjoy this chapter :D
(Please bear in mind I don't plan or proof read so It may be full of mistakes! Sorry)
-------------------The sun beats down on your tired form as you spur your horse on.
"It's only a few more minutes away! Cmon girl!" You shout over the loud thud of hooves on soil. The horse picks up speed and your house comes into view. As the horse runs into the courtyard you spring off of it and rolly polly out of your rough landing, cursing under your breath.
You enter your house and burst into your father's study.
"What did I tell you about knocki-"
"Vieri is dead." You spit out before he can finish. He looks at you sternly but his gaze softens at your damp eyes. A tear threatens to spill.
"He's dead..." You repeat, finally spilling more tears.
"Child...I know you are upset about...this, but please, tell me how this happened." He stands and walks over to you, placing a calloused hand on your shoulder, "tell me everything."

Ezio's POV
I heard my uncles deep voice and turned for a second to see him climbing through the hatch of the tower. He can't see (y/n)! Especially if she really is a...a Templar.
I spun around to tell her she had to go but she was already gone.
When we got back to Monterigioni, he gave me a letter. It was about Vieri and (y/n)'s engagement. My heart had sunk so low I felt almost sick. It also mentioned Vieri's craving for love and praise from his father. I found myself slightly regretting my decision to kill him. I quickly reminded myself however, he's part of the reason why my father and brothers aren't here with me.
That was a few minutes ago, currently I'm scouring through a list of names and hoping not to find (y/n)(l/n). I finally come to the end of the list without spotting your name anywhere. There's only a (y/n) Borgia, daughter of Rodrigo.
Mario told me about her. One of the most gifted the order; destined to be grand master after his passing. He also said that she was born of a different mother to Cesare and Lucretia so she is kept secret from the public.
She doesn't sound unfamiliar but there is no reason there to suspect that she is the (y/n) who betrayed me.
I try not to hate her but it is so difficult. She helped those bastards kill my father and brothers, how can I not hate her?
I then remember how she saved my life ,twice actually. How she visited my father in his cell and delivered me my robes and evidence to save his life. She isn't the bad guy here.
I spend the rest of the day training with the mercenaries. I hope that someday I will be strong enough to end the Templars.
One day I'll be strong enough to take you away from them and keep you safe.

Your POV
I told father everything about the attack, save for my reluctance to kill Ezio.
"I'm sorry, (y/n). I know you may not have loved Vieri but he was certainly a good friend of yours." Rodrigo begins pacing back and forth just a metre in front of me. He stops pacing abruptly and turns to gaze at me quizzically.
"I am intrigued to know how you, who has had years of intensive training under the most skilled Templars in Italy, was beaten by a novice assassin with barely any training?"
"I...I got cocky so I...let my guard down!" I blurt quickly, trying to cover up my anxiety but failing.
"Lying is an ugly habit! I know why you didn't kill him and it's not because you are incompetent, it's because you have been bewitched by the assassin!" Father shouts, stepping forwards and wrapping a large hand around my throat. He clenches his fists tightly and slams my whole body against the wall closest to us. The wooden wall cracks along with my head and I whimper, clawing at the hands around my neck.
I start to feel dizzy and my eyes roll back in my head. Just as I feel my lungs burn furiously, I'm dropped to the ground.
"You see (y/n), how can I trust you to work for the order of you would rather sacrifice the man you are betrothed to, than kill one insignificant assassin who is trying to kill everyone our order holds dear?"
My neck is still tender and I can't talk due to my throat burning.
"It seems you would rather be beaten yourself than let us capture him. Yes, you made that clear at the execution." He spits with fire in his eyes. I'm still propped against the wall cuddling my knees to my chest and staring at the floors.
"Do you see what kind of a situation you've put me in?" He demands.
"Y..." I cough and since at my hoarse voice. "Yes father....I'm sorry."
He looks down his nose at me and I shudder. Though this isn't due to fear or anxiety. It's down to the intense anger bubbling up through my skin and seeping through my entire being. I begin to chuckle madly and glare up at him through the (h/l) strands of my (h/c) hair.
"I'm sorry that I'm not conforming to your regime, father! I'm sorry I won't kill one of the only people to ever show me kindness, father! I'm sorry that you are too poor a father to realise that I've never believed in your moronic ideals of an organised but free world! well, let me tell you something FATHER! YOU CANNOT 'ORGANISE' FREEDOM AND YOU CERTAINLY CANNOT 'ORGANISE' ME!" I shout back at him, beginning to stand. Before I can get to my knees, he delivers a swift kick to the side of my head. I feel a slow trickle of blood from my lip and the inside of my mouth as I'm thrown to the ground. My head hits it hard and my vision blurs slightly.
A sharp tug on my hair and I'm being pulled to my feet. I cry out in pain and swipe at the hands holding my hair.
"You have a filthy mouth puttana! Do I have to sew it shut?" He grins and I feel tears slip from my eyes. "So weak. Fragile little girl. It wouldn't take much to break you..."
He drops me again and I fall to the floor with a heavy thud.
"I don't care what you do to me. I'm tired of being your puppet or your trophy to show off to the others in the order! The only reason I trained as hard as I did was because I wanted you to finally see me as your daughter! Just like César and Lucrecia..." I use the wall to push myself up and stand in front of him.
"I should kill you for betraying the order for a second time. If not for your value to me I would have killed you the first time but no. I gave you a warning and yet you still disobeyed me and sided with the enemy. That cannot go unnoticed." He sighs loudly and retreats behind his desk, sitting in his large chair.
"I won't kill you now but mark my words (y/n), if I see you again I won't be as hesitant as you are to kill one I previously loved. You have 12 hours to leave the city, if you aren't out by then...hmmm...I know." His eyes glimmer with malicious intent and he chuckles darkly. "I'll have Ferdinand kill you. He always has had a soft spot for you, it would be such a pity for him to have to kill you."
"Leave Ferdinand out of this!" I growl.
"Now now. You're running out of time my dear. Goodbye (y/n)." He smirks and I storm out of the room hissing in pain from my aches and head for the basement to stock up on weapons.
I have nowhere to go and I'm pretty sure I'm now a target for the order! What the hell do I do now?!?!
