Here you guys go, thanks for all the support and love for this fanfic! 😘
--------(Y/n)'s pov
"Ouch! Claudia, can you be a little more gentle?" I laugh slightly as she dabs away at my cheek and nose with an alcohol soaked cloth. "It kinda stings when you press it down that hard."
"Well maybe if you weren't so impulsive we wouldn't be in this predicament." She sighs and finally puts down the cloth, picking up a needle and some surgical thread. "I have enough to worry about with that idiot running around Venice like some...some kind of deity without you joining in and almost dying!"
"I didn't die though, not even close." I wince as she starts to stitch up the wound, passing the needle through the already stinging skin. "And besides, I've been doing this way longer than that novice! I could beat him blindfolded with both hands behind my back."
She sighs and gives be a disappointed look, silently stitching up the rest of the cut.
"Why were you even fighting Mario anyway?" She gently pulls through the last stitch and cuts the end of the thread off.
"He recognised me from...a job I did years ago. Let's just say we've never really been on good terms." She raises her eyebrows but her mouth stays closed, I doubt she's ever been interested in her uncle and father's ancestry anyway.
"There, it's done but don't expect it to heal for a while. And no more fighting, I'm not stitching you up again." She storms out of the apothecary and slams the door after her.
I guess it's just another scar to add to the collection.

Ezio's povIt took everything I had not to follow (y/n) down those steps and fix her up, as she had fixed up my lip. She was right though; I had to stay and explain everything to uncle Mario. So that's what I did. Every single thing that I know about her ,which really isn't much, I shared with him as he sat behind his desk in his office.
"And that's why you didn't need to attack her!" I'm still so angry about that, about him marking her beautiful face. I'm even angrier that I just let it happen, I watched her get hurt. If I hadn't shouted she wouldn't have looked at me, she wouldn't have been distracted...she wouldn't have gotten hurt.
She probably blames me. Rightly so; it's my fault.
"So you don't even know who she is?" My uncle asks in disbelief, still sceptical of (y/n) wanting to help us.
"What? I told you already, she's (y/n)(l/n)-"
"That's not her last name Ezio. She must have lied to you." He sighs and rubs his temples. "You're not going to like this, but (y/n) is-"
"A Borgia. I'm a Borgia." The strong, confident and familiar voice rings out from above us. " (l/n) is my mothers name. I use it whenever I can since it's less notorious among your order."
She stands above us, braced against the balcony above a wall partially covered in codex pages. Her (h/l)(h/c) hair is down and partially covering the long strip of newly stitched flesh running diagonally across her right cheek and nose.
"Wait you mean... Borgia as in... Rodrigo, the templar grand master?" She shudders slightly before hopping over the stone balcony, landing nimbly a few metres away from me. My heart drops and my stomach turns, a terrible feeling washing over me.
"Yes. He's my father actually, the reason why I was so well trained." Her face remains neutral as she takes in the room, paying particular interest to the codex pages.
As I observe her carefully, a chilling thought crosses my mind.
"But he was behind the plot to frame my father." (Y/n) visibly tenses up. "Does that mean that you knew about his plans all along? Is that why you helped Petruccio? Was all of this just part of his pla-"
I'm cut off by a stinging slap, hard enough to make my head snap to the side.
"Don't you dare! You have no idea what that man did to me and you have no right to make assumptions about me!" I look down at her, cheek still stinging. Her fists clenched and tears forming in her beautiful, (e/c) orbs. "Do you have any idea how guilty I've felt since I found out that I helped him do that to them? If I hadn't met them they could still be alive! They were the closest thing to a family I've ever had and I repaid them by letting them get murdered!"
She angrily wipes away the tears and backs away a few steps, calming herself with shaky breaths. With one last glance back she delivers the cutting line before dashing out the room,
"I wish my father had killed me before I met you Ezio. I wish I had died so I never had to meet you!"
