Author's note: Sorry That I couldn't update sooner! I had a serious cause of writer's block! THANK YOU SOO MUCH TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE READING MY STORY! I can't thank you enough for keeping up with me! Well I could go on about your support but you are probably wanting to read the chapter that you have been waiting WEEKS for! So go on and tell me what you think!
So you might be thinking "Wow she's a wizard! It must be really awesome! She probably can fix every problem she has!" Yeah, I got to admit that being a Dite is really awesome! But there are some downsides to it too. One of them is that I get visions while I sleep. So not only am I a wizard but a fortune teller too..well sort of. Sometimes it's a vision but most of the time it's just one of the Dites who came before me just disturbing my sleep for a chit chat. Well, like always I had a vision while I slept. This time I didn't see any Dite or any vision of the future. Tonight I saw something that I wanted to see. It was the flying white tiger that I met when I was six.
"Hello Cynthia! Long time no see!" greeted the tiger cheerfully.
"Hi! Yes it's been 6 years since we last met!" I replied just as cheerfully. I was 6 when we last meet and now I'm 12.
"I got an important quest for you." said the tiger seriously now.
"What is it?" I asked curiously.
"You will have to fetch a couple of things for me my dear." replied the tiger "Meet me at the Saubhagya Mountains."
"Goodbye dear!" echoed the voice of the tiger.
"Wait!" I yelled "How am I suppose to get their?!" I yelled.
"You'll figure out my dear, you'll figure it out." called the tiger. Then POOF! The tiger's gone. I woke up with millions of thoughts racing inside my head. How am I supposed to get to the Saubhagyas? What items am I supposed to fetch? Why does the tiger need them? What does the tiger mean that I'll figure out a way? I groaned as I lay on my bed staring at the ceiling. I decided that I'll consulate my parents with my problems. Sometimes it's best to ask an adult for help, I decided. I couldn't go back to sleep that night.
"Hey, Cynthia look on the bright side!" I thought being the optimistic person that I always was "At least you'll be the first 12 year old to reach the top of Mount Lau!"
The next morning I basically flew down the stairs to where my parents sat.
"Slow down Cynthia! What's wrong?" asked my mom sensing that something was troubling me. And before anyone else can say another word I told my parents EVERYTHING that happened last night in my vision.
"Hmm." said my dad thoughtfully. "It's time we talked."
Author's Note: So Good/Bad? Hopefully the cliff hanger worked? If you think this chapter is bad can you tell me why? Thank you so much to everyone who is reading my story! I can't thank you enough!
