"Ugg! We have been walking for hours! Are you sure it's here?" complained Yedana.

"Quit your whining! Yes! It is here!" I replied aggravated.

"Are we there yet?!" whined Tom.

"For the gazillions time Thomas, NO!" I yelled.

"Gazillion isn't a real number!" Tom shot back. I gave out a huge irritated sigh. Now I know how my nursery teacher felt with her class. I can't deal with these two little kids that are my companions! Cough...cough...Tom...cough...cough...Yedana! I can't even imagine how she felt with 30 little kids! She must have had a lot of patience! Confused? Well let me explain. After we left the Karpoforos Dessert, we began our search for the Three Spears of the Sacred Moon. Turns out that the three magical spears are spread out so we are on the hunt for the first one which happens to be deep inside the Grosso Forrest. True to its name the forest is very thick so we had to walk and plus we don't know exactly where the spear is located so we have to walk inside the forest to find it. And the whole time Yedana and Tom are like mosquitoes buzzing in my ear. Too bad I can't swat them away! I for know why they are complaining! I'm the one doing all the work not them! I'm the one tracking down the spear (It's a new power! I can track down people, objects and many more stuff with my mind! Cool huh?) and making the path! And you won't hear me complaining! All they got to do is walk. That's all! Nothing hard! We walk for couple more minutes till we found ourselves in front of an Aztec temple.

"Oh! Look at the time! This place must be closed! Too bad! Maybe we can come back later when we can see better!" said Tom rapidly making a move to walk back.

"No way!" replied Yedana grabbing Tom by the scruff o his collar and taking out her Writer's Bitebook. I know what you’re thinking! Why is it called a Bitebook? Well first of all I know it sounds like a vampire type name-she has black bats and sharp pearly white fangs on the cover too! Yedana's Bitebook is where she writes all the spooky creepy stuff that happened to her. Trust me; it's not like AH-THERE'S-A-SPIDER-ON-THE-FLOOR! horror but dreams and other occurrences that make extreme horror movies look like kid comedies! Before we left Dragon Island the only savagery things that were in her Bitebook was her freaky nightmares. Now she got a whole lot of frightful things to write about. Between you and me, I don't think this exploit is neither scary nor adventurous enough. Yedana sometimes uses her Bitebook to create horror books. And believe you me; she's darn good at it! Anyway Tom gulped visibly and then began to walk along side of us as we maneuvered around trees to the front of the temple.

"Hey cheer up lad! It won't be that bad!" I tried to cheer Tom up from his grim mood.

"You’re such a born poet." mumbled Tom noting my accidental rhyming.

"Just look at like you’re playing basketball. You got the ball and you're maneuvering on the court and you want to get the ball into the hoop so you can score." I told him.

"Hmm. Basketball eh..." said Tom thoughtfully.

"Want to get the ball into the hoop so you can score. Cynthia told Tom." Yedana thought aloud, scribbling in her Bitebook.

"Hey! How was my analogy creepy?" I asked faking offense.

"Because it's coming from you of all people! You’re the most straightforward person I know! You being that creative to create that analogy is creepy!" my sister concluded.

"Why thank you!" I said in an Old English Accent and giving her a bow.

"You are very welcome miss!"replied Tom mimicking my voice and giving me a curtsy!

"Why did you curtsy Thomas?" asked Yedana joining in on the fun.

"Well kind miss, I thought it was backwards day because this young miss here bowed instead of doing a curtsy." explained Tom sounding like a butler. And all the way to the Aztec temple we joked, laughed and imitated voices. For a few minutes we acted like the "Terrific Trio"-that's what they called us back home. For a few minutes we just spent time laughing and having fun. For a few minutes the heavy burden of our mission that's on our shoulders lightened up a lot. But that all changed when we reached the temple.

"Let's go guys, Just be careful, quiet and quick inside." I told my fellow friends. Tom and Yedana nodded and we took a deep breath and walked inside. We weave our way through the maze inside the Aztec temple and happy that I had the power to track down the first Spear of the Sacred Moon. I made a mental note to come back to study this temple. The many frescoes on the walls are very fascinating. We make our way to a room that was full of treasures. In the back were 8 spears sticking upward. Yedana went to grab the middle one. But I stopped her.

"Wait, one of these spears is the real one and the rest are fake. If we grab the wrong one we might get trapped inside here forever." I explained.

"So how do we know which one it is?" asked Yedana. I thought about this.

"At least in basketball there is only one hoop and the hoop isn't the fate of your life." mumbled Tom to himself. I smiled at this. I remembered what my Great-Grandma Alice used to say, "The best clues in a problem is always the ones in front if you." I looked around me and found all of the items are either mirrors or shine objects like silver swords. Then I saw the fancy circle in the middle of the room. It was a circle in the middle with layers of flower petals drawn around it. Inside the circle was a smaller circle. And then I noticed the window on the right side of wall where you were able to see the moon. I thought about this for some time and then it all clicked! I grabbed Tom's sword from his sword belt causing him to jump in surprise. I stood inside the smaller circle and held the Companion in front of me. The moon shown in from the window and it's reflection hit the sword which directed the light past the middle spear and shine to the spear that was the 3rd to last in the army line of spears.

"That one!" I announced pointing to the spear that was shining in the moonlight. I give the sword back to Tom ad ran up to the spear and grabbed. One spear of the sacred moon down two more to go.

"I never thought that you bunch of kids will make it this far." commented a high icy voice. All of a sudden the walls of the room began to shake.

"Run!" yelled Tom urgently. We didn't need to be told twice we ran as fast as we could to the exit. We made it to the circle when BAM! The door shut, trapping us inside. All of a sudden the circle that we were standing on began to whirl and we were transported to the top/roof of the temple. On the roof was the creepiest looking guy we ever met. He wore a black monk's habit but he looked anything but holy. He held a twisted purple stick which had a black globe on top.  His face is the scariest part of him. He had pitch black eyes and his face was white as flour. Under and over his eyes were blood red streaks that looked like scars. On his forehead he had a skull that had glowing red eyes and was....smiling? Yes, the evil-looking skull was actually had an evil dangerous smile. He was bald and even his bald head was white as Joker's face! He had an evil smirk on his face that I wanted to slap off so badly.

"Welcome, my dear enemies. I am Raider!" the man introduced in a sickly sweet voice. He had the same high icy tone as the voice we heard before inside the temple.

"What do you want Raider!" I spat angrily.

"Now that isn't a nice way to treat others Cynthia is it?" said Raider evilly "Especially sine I have your Great-Grandmother captive." Soon the picture of Great-Grandma Alice in chains came up on the black globe. She was struggling to get out.

"Leave her alone Raider!" I yelled as I drew my sword through midair. I was glad my voice came out nice and strong because right now I was frightful of what could happen to Great-Grandma Alice.

"You wouldn't dare." Raider taunted dangerously low. For what seemed like hours Raider and I had a stare-down. Then, faster than a blink of an eye with his twisted stick Raider captured Yedana and Tom in black globes. The black globes zoomed to both of Raider's sides. Tom and Yedana's helpless cries reached my ears.

"Give me the Triangle of the Sun, Eye of the Goddess and the Spear of the Sacred Moon." demanded Raider. I placed one hand on my bag instinctively. I was mad. No wait! Correction! I am furious! How dare he seize my friends and then demand me to give him the three items that we worked so hard to get while he probably was laying on his couch and watching T.V. My amulet began to glow. All of a sudden I was surrounded by a blinding blue light.
