They made it a daily habit to call each other pagdating sa bahay.

It was originally Alden's idea. They exchanged digits after Tamang Panahon, because that's when reality kicked in. Noong una, takot pa si Maine. Kinakabahan. She wasn't oblivious to the fact that projects for her and Alden would swarm in, once na pinayagan na sila ng management na magkita sa personal. Magsama, at magkausap, all in one room.

In fact, hindi lang sya sa mga projects natatakot. Pati sa workshops.

You understand this, don't you, Maine? Sabi sa kanya ng manager nya noong una. Tumango naman sya, letting the person speak. You created this. You stepped into the light. Mahirap, syempre. Siguro sa iba, simple lang ang word na privacy and it is just a little price to pay for all the benefits ng pagiging artista, but they just don't realize how big the word is.

In what sense po? Tanong nya.

In a sense na sa sobrang laki ng fanbase nyo ni Alden, you'll have difficulty getting out of it. Kumunot ang noo nya. Anong meron? Anong difficulty getting out of it? Hindi nya magets. You're gonna be tied for a long, long time to your partner, Alden. Given na 'yung hype, eh. Brand products will hire you, and show guestings will be near. Everyone sees you as an income generating project now. They'll all strike while the iron is hot. But that's not just it. Hindi ang pagod ang nakakatakot.

Alin po?

Ang fans. Bumuntong hininga ito. They give you overwhelming love. Nakakatuwa, pero nakakatakot. Maine Mendoza? Palagi na lang 'yang ididikit kay Alden Richards, dahil doon ka nagsimula. Sa KalyeSerye. Sa ALDUB. At sa sobrang dami ng fans nyo? Mahihirapan tayong i-partner ka sa ibang leading man. Palaging ikukumpara kay Alden. Lalabas ang haters, and they would tell you reasons kung bakit dapat, kay Alden ka lang. They even hoped for the two of you to get married, kahit five months pa lang kayo. We, as your team, do not want your career to end soon after Alden Richards leaves you. You remember the Kris Bernal issue?

It was just a picture, complimenting Alden dahil gwapo sya. What happened? Lumabas ang ibang fans, they defended you and Alden kahit wala sa hulog. Wala sa lugar. Illogical dahil hindi ka naman hine-hate ni Kris. You now understand what I mean?  Maine nodded. Good. I'm not saying this to let you down. I'm telling you this because I wanted you to be strong and endure it all. Showbiz life is sure tough, but you should be tougher.

Hindi na natanggal sa utak nya ang pag-uusap na 'yon. She never dreaded the fact she'd be with Alden all the time, alam nya 'yon. She realized that Alden is one of the nicest guys she'd met in her whole life. Sobrang gentleman nito, and she appreciates the little things he did for her. 

Kaso 'yung mga workshops. May mga nagsabi pa nga sa kanya kung paano tumatakbo ang mga ito. Sabi nila, in order to get natural kissing scenes, James Reid and Nadine Lustre would kiss and cuddle for hours with people around them. The result's good, and their pairing had developed since their first movie. Siya kaya? Iniimagine pa lang nya na gagawin nya ang mga 'yon, nahihilo na sya.

For god's sake, smack lang ang alam ko! She had experienced a kiss involving tongues, pero that was only a result of a drunk night. Buti na lang, hindi nya naipost sa blog nya. It wasn't the kind of kiss that you would remember giving you butterflies.

Napahiga na lang sya sa kama nya. Ang dami talaga nyang naiisip kapag nasa sasakyan sya pauwi. It was already two in the morning, and she decided not to call Alden. 12 kasi ang pinakalate nilang phone call, and that's after their Tamang Panahon. Yep, she wouldn't call him. Alam nyang pagod na rin ito dahil kabilaan ang trabaho. Ite-text na lang sya siguro.
