*Harry's pov*

I haven't slept much the past two day. I have yet to look at my phone, afraid that Lita still hasn't called. What am I going to do with myself if she never shows back up? Right when I found out about my feelings for her, she disappeared. Was this a sign? I know I have to fight for her, I have to find her.

I eventually built up the courage to look at my phone, there were several missed calls and a voicemail. The missed calls were from Liam and Mia, and one in particular, Zayn. Why did he call? Maybe he knows we're Lita is! Before I get myself too excited, I need to check my voicemail.

"Hey, Harry. It's Zayn, I know I'm the last person you want to speak to. But I was, um, wondering if Lita was okay. I tried calling her yesterday, but her phone was off. So when you get this, could you please give me a call? Thanks."

I was flabbergasted, the Zayn Mailk, was calling me. To check on Lita. I need to call him, to see what this is all about. I call him up, he answers in a few rings.

"Harry?"

"Hey Zayn, you called?"

"Um, yeah. I just wanted to know, um if you've heard from Lita?"

"Why would you like to know?"

"Like I said before, we might not be together, but I still care for her being."

"Well if you must know, she's fine." I lied. I don't need this guy around. I hate his guts.

"Alright, well I won't be taking anymore of your time, bye"

"Bye."

Now that I'm done with him, I need to get back to thinking about Lita.

I call up Mia and tell her to meet me at the Starbucks down the road, and she agrees. When I get there I see her sitting staring blankly at her cup of coffee. She has deep black circles around her eyes, almost as if she hasn't slept a wink. "Hey Mia." I greet her with a warm smile. "Harry," she said with a nod. "Any word on her yet?" She knew who I was talking about. She let out a sigh and shook her head. I mimicked her nod let out a sigh, then I took a deep breath to hold back my tears that were threatening on escaping. "I also have yet to find where Louis is, he changed his number," she breathed out after a moment of silence. "How's Liam taking this?" I asked. "Not so well, him and I both haven't slept much. Also Liam has been trying to keep Niall calm." "Niall? He's here? He knows?" She nodded and tears filled her eyes, "He hasn't seen his sister in a year and a half, he comes back to tell her she's an aunt," she sobbed, "and she's gone. You know he almost ran out of Liam's house to look for her himself? He just wants his sister back, he lost his parents... Now his sister?" I felt the pain he felt. When I moved away, I lost contact with everyone, my parents, my sister, my friends, and Lita. The only one I had was Liv, and she broke my heart the minute we stepped back into this dirty city. I again let out a sigh, then stood up, "Lets go talk to Niall. On our way, we can stop at the police station and see if they'd found something." She stood up, grabbed her coffee and we walked to our cars.

When we got to the police station, people flooded the inside. So many people sitting in the waiting room, so many policemen running up and down the aisle trying to get what people came for. Mia and I walked up to the counter and a fat man in a police uniform stained with what looked like powder, maybe from doughnuts, asked us, "May I help you?"

"Um, yessir. I need to talk to Officer Banks please." I said in a polite manner.

"I'll see if he's in, take a seat." Mia and I nodded to the fat fellow and went to where the seats were. They were either occupied by scruffy looking bums or crazy looking people. I definitely do not feel comfortable here, and I think I could say the same for Mia, who was holding onto her purse for dear life. I chuckled at the sight of her.
