Celeste drove me home afterwards. My mother had come out the minute she saw my big head approach our house grounds and came out screaming at me. She then carried on screaming at me so loudly that I could barely hear what she was saying. All I was able to catch was:
"Where the hell have you been"?!
Honestly, I would put two hundred exclamation marks but that isn't correct punctuation.
Luckily for me, Celeste came rushing and saved the day for me.

Celeste: Hi, I'm Mrs Celeste Waldorf, if you don't remember me
Mom: *eyes widen* aren't you Keoria's English teacher
Celeste: Yeah
Keoria: Oh my god mom , you've meet her before.
Mom: (ignores me completely) Then why did you drive her home
Celeste: We went for coffee after school
Mom: Why
Keoria: We enjoy each other's company
Mom: Oh
Keoria: Yeah
Mom: *looks at Celeste/studies her*
Keoria: Mom, what are you doing
Mom: Breathing
Keoria: Besides that
Mom: Keoria, please go inside the house
Keoria: Why
Mom: I want to have a private word with Mrs Waldorf
Keoria: Please don't kill her, I don't feel like burying bodies tonight

At this stage, Celeste laughed at my joke. I misunderstood what my mother's plan was involving Celeste. I had no idea what she was going to say and what manner she'd do it in.
"We don't bury bodies here". Mom reassured Celeste.
I was eventually forced to go inside and I said my goodbyes to Celeste. The minute I entered the house, I rushed up to my bedroom so I could watch my teacher and mother talk on the front lawn. My heart was pounding, wondering what Mom was saying to Celeste.
Was she going to taser Celeste?
Cry onto her shoulder?
Scream at her?
All these theories proven that my mother is as emotionally unstable as all her patients. Well, she is in my mind.
I peered through my window and made sure to keep the curtains covered most of my face. I then tried to listen onto their conversation.
I couldn't hear much but I could see the conversation was completely neutral, thank god. As usual, Celeste was talking with her hands and fidgeting when she was listening to my mom. I was hoping she wasn't talking too fast like she was back at the diner. I was honestly so confused at this stage that I was thinking of climbing out of my window and then falling so Mom would feel sorry for me and stop keeping secrets. I didn't do that though, because that's what mental people.
I'm not mental, I tell myself this every single day.
I wish everyone was loud like me , though. Then I'd be able to listen to this conversation.
After ten minutes, Celeste got back into her car and drove away. I rushed downstairs and immediately began hysterically questioning my mother.
"Did you threaten her"?
"Did you invite her over for brunch"?
"Should I be worried "?
"Are we moving to Korea because you planted a bomb in her car"?
"I don't want to move to Korea, can we move to England instead. I bet Hogwarts will love to have me now".
"Mom, stop telling me to shut up".
"Well, I know you didn't tell me to shut up but you told me to listen to you and therefore I'm shutting up so either way-"
"Fine, I'll let you talk".
Mom was apparently being a good person and thanking Celeste for all the encouragement and determination she has given me and how she's put so much , like, goodness in my brain. Yet, she had things to say about Celeste's outfit.
"Did she get dressed in the dark"? Mom asked me.
"I don't know , Mom. I wasn't there".
"Is it possible for you to ever respond with a simple yes or no"?
"No, that's impossible. That be like dogs chasing-"
"Okay, okay the whole world understands ".
"No they don't".
Mom sighed.
"How do you even know about my relationship with Celeste"? I asked her with a frown on my face.
"Sweetie, you talk about her all the time".
"No,I don't!"
"Well then how would I know about the quote wall and that  Shakespeare thing that you're doing-as well as that creative writing test you scored an A on"?
I couldn't believe that I had forgotten about telling my mother about that.
"Oh, I forgot". I said.
Mom smiled and did her normal arm cross.
"I see why you like her so much, she seems great- except for the clothes. She needs a little help with that".
