"Thanks." I said as Caspar placed a plate of pancakes in front of me.

"Oh my gosh I'm going to die if you guys keep being this CUTE!" Kaycee squealed as me and Caspar sighed in annoyance. "It would probably be quieter if you were dead." Caspar pointed out as she pouted at him. "It's a free country, I can say whatever I want." She said crossing her arms. "Exactly, it's a free country, you can't force me and Gavin together against our will!" Caspar said sitting down at the table.

"I won't have to." She said cockily as I gulped nervously. "You two are already crushing on each other so it won't be long till you're dating!" She said clapping her hands together and grinning. "Sure. You've known Gavin for a hour and a half and you know I'm straight. We're obviously going to get married tomorrow." Caspar said sarcastically. I wish.

I quickly got rid of the thoughts in my mind and stuffed my face with a pancake. "You're no fun. This is a love story can't you see? You two will be dating before even you know it!" She said as Caspar rolled his eyes.

Caspar started cutting his pancakes into pieces, much more civilized than me. Kaycee just stared me down from the other side of the table, her blue eyes making me self conscious as I ate.

"Well, I'm going to go get ready. You invited the boys right?" Kaycee said standing up and looking down at Caspar who was still cutting one of his pancakes. "Yes, they'll be there at noon." He said calmly despite the overly energetic girl next to him. "Great! I'll finally get to see those two super adorable boys!" She said squealing before running up the stairs.

"What are we doing?" I asked cluelessly as Caspar looked at me rather shocked before laughing. "Oh sorry, I forgot to tell you we're all meeting up at the park for the last game of the fall, at least outside anyways." Caspar said as I just nodded.

"Can I borrow some of your clothes then? I didn't bring any." I said as he nodded, "After Kaycee comes down then you can go up next." He said as he pulled out his phone to text someone.

"Sorry about Kaycee by the way. She doesn't get out much and really only watches YouTube and obsesses over bands." Caspar said, giving me a apologetic look. I laughed at his genuine apology, if I don't want him finding out I actually have a crush on him I've gotta play my cards just right...

"So you told her about me?" I asked curiously as he shrugged, "Am I not allowed to talk about you?" He said chuckling as he met my gaze. "No I was just curious why she seemed so infatuated with the thought of us together." I said having another bite of my pancake.

"Like I said, she's one of those crazy tumblr chicks who are on the Internet 24/7" he said shaking his head. "Oh please, I do more than just browse tumblr and read fan fiction all day, how else would I be good at basketball." Kaycee said from the doorway, making us both jump.

She was wearing a pair a basketball shorts, a new pair of Nikes and a tank top, showcasing her bright blue sports bra at the sides, much to my discomfort. "Aww Gavvies embarrassed!" She said seeing my red face. "Won't you get cold?" I asked trying to look anywhere else other then her. "No, when I play basketball I play hard. If I wore a coat or something it would only get in my way." She said thoughtfully like she was only now just thinking about it.

"Despite how annoying she can be she's still a amazing basketball player and I would hate to play against her in a real game." Caspar said, getting up and grabbing his and my empty plates and putting them in the sink. "Can we get there early to practice? Please Cassie?" Kaycee said clasping her hands together and doing the most convincing puppy dog look I'd ever seen.
