(Joanne's Point of View)

I leant against the door frame and smiled when I seen Joel. We'd moved into a new house about a month after we got engaged and I told him I was pregnant. Our old house was nice but it wasn't big enough. This house had plenty of space for us and the baby when it arrived. So with us moving and me being pregnant along with the wedding planning we had been doing as well, everything was a bit hectic. However, Joel had managed to start working on the nursery and somehow he had managed to convince Ryan to help him. We had also found out we were having a little boy so naturally Joel was even more excited to know he'd have someone to play football with and do boy things. I walked into the room and put some of the blue paint they were using on my hand and went over to him and put a blue handprint on Joel's bum. He turned around and smiled at me.

"Can't keep your hands off me can you?" he winked and I just laughed at him.

"Well how do you think this happened?" I asked putting a hand on my bump.

"Alright you two enough of that." Ryan said looking at us from across the room. "Have you just left my girlfriend on her own downstairs?" he asked me raising an eyebrow.

"She's making you two something to drink seeing as you're working ever so hard." I explained just as Erin appeared at the door smiling with two mugs.

"When do they ever not work hard?" she said walking into the room. They two boys took a mug off her and Ryan sat down to take a break.

"Never. We always work hard." Joel smiled and put his arm around my waist. I smiled and leant against him.

"Of course you do." I said smiling and kissed him before pulling away. "Now if you'll excuse us we're away out to do some shopping." I added and looked at Joel with a small smile. Erin and Ryan headed out the room and downstairs.

"Oh yeah just leave us here alone to paint the nursery." he said and sighed to be dramatic.

"Hey this is for our son so don't complain about painting. If anyone get's to complain its me." I frowned.

"And why's that babe?" he asked putting his mug down and wrapping his arms around me.

"Because my body's the one going through all these changes. You're not the one the size of a whale." I said looking down at my bump. He tipped my head up so I was looking at him again and smiled.

"You're not the size of a whale Joanne. You look beautiful as usual. Plus you're only five months so the bump isn't that big." he said and gave me a small kiss. "Now I think someone's waiting for you to go shopping." he said and took my hand leading me out the room and downstairs to where Erin was stood waiting at the door. She smiled at me and opened the door before giving Ryan a quick kiss and headed out to her car. I picked up one of Joel's jumpers and my bag before turning to him.

"I'll be home soon." I said smiling.

"Take as long as you want babe. We'll have the nursery painted by the time you come home." he said and pressed his lips against mine. I smiled into the kiss and pulled away.

"I better go. Someone's getting impatient." I said as Erin blasted the horn. I laughed and said a quick bye to them both and headed out the door towards Erin's car.

"So I've been meaning to ask you something." I said as Erin and I looked around the clothes.

"And what's that?" she asked as she picked up a few different things for herself. We headed towards the changing rooms so she could try them on. We headed through and she found an empty booth and went in, shutting the curtain behind her. I sat on the chairs opposite the one she was in and smiled.
