Morning comes and I roll over and see Elijah asleep.
I kiss his cheek and sit up and stretch.
I'm sore, but that's okay. I heard that was normal. Last night was really pleasurable.
I grab the blanket covering us and go to the car.
I get my purse and get my black T-shirt and leggings. Yes, I knew what I was getting myself into.
I quickly change but keep his shirt on.
Elijah's strong arms wrap around me and picks my up.
"Elijah!" I squeal. "You're still naked."
He turns me around and plants a kiss on my lips.
"Didn't bother you last night."
I hit his chest. "Shut up and put your clothes on so we can get to school."
"I'd rather take your clothes off."
I shake my head. "Come on."
He sighs and goes to get his clothes.
I check my phone and see ten missed calls and way too many texts from my mother and Elizabeth. I told Beatrice what I was doing tonight so she knew she wouldn't hear from me.
I get in the driver's seat and start the car.
Elijah hops in. "You trying to leave me Princess?"
"We still gotta get to school." I counter, pulling out and driving.
I've never driven his car. It makes me nervous, what if I mess something up? Then I realize we're rich and could literally buy a new car every time the old one gets dirty.
He puts his arm around me and it makes my skin hot.
"How are you feeling?"
"My legs hurt." I answer with a smile.
"That means I did a good job." He smirks.
I can't help but blush and pull up to the school.
I rake my fingers through my hair into some kind of style.
I look over at Elijah in all his glory and smile. "Let's go out for lunch okay?"
He smiles. "Alright Princess."
He kisses me for a moment then we get out of the car.
We walk in school and he wraps his arm around my waist.
"I heard they didn't even stay long at the party."
"Maybe they fucked."
"Maybe she pregnant, that's the only way for him to be with her."
Alright that last one kind of hurt. I didn't appreciate that.
Elijah sends a glare at them.
We walk to class and I'm surprised to see that Beatrice isn't here yet.
"Princess, no matter what people say, it doesn't matter."
"Yeah I know." I whisper, looking down.
"You have to believe it, because I don't want them to destroy us."
"They won't." I tell him making eye contact with him.
We walk into World History and take our seats.
He's right. I shouldn't let them bother me.
Hayden passes me a note. "It's from a group of girls in the back." She whispers.
