Everything up until lunch was a blur. I had to introduce myself at the start of each new class. Jason tried to help me get through each class, but it didn't help. Everyone still stared at me. The only nice comment I got was from this boy in my history class. I forgot his name already though. He told me that I had amazing eyes.

So now it was our lunch hour and Jason and I scanned the room looking for Christi and Abby. We finally spotted them at a table in the far corner. We grabbed our lunch trays and made our way over to them. "Hey." Christi said as I sat down.

"Hi." I said back.

"So?" Abby asked.

"So what?" I asked back.

"How is your first day so far?"

'"Well, let's see? In my first class, I gained one person already who wants to make my life miserable." Jason opened his mouth to say something but I continued. "And Jason don't even say she's not because I looked into her thoughts and she most definitely is. And after I introduced myself and was walking to my seat she tripped me for no good reason. Jason caught me but it got really awkward because we were speaking to each other in our heads so for like 2 minutes it was just us staring at each other. When I did finally sit down everyone continued to stare at me. Anyway that's pretty much how my morning went. Except in history this boy who sat next to me tried to make me feel better by telling me I had amazing eyes." I ranted.

"What was his name?" Christi asked excitedly.

"I...I don't remember." I stuttered.

"What?" Abby asked in disbelief. "You get a compliment from a boy and you don't even remember his name? Who are you?"

"Sorry. I wasn't in a very good mood."

"At least tell us what he looked like." Christi insisted.

"He looked kind of tall and had dark hair. And he had greenish blue eyes. Like the ocean." I explained.

"Cute?" Abby inquired.

"Very. Almost adorable." I replied, blushing.

"Who's adorable?" A male voice said from next to me. I look over and it's the boy from my history class.

"Uh...nobody." I answered.

Jason nudged me and winked. Shut up.

He smiled and replied. I didn't say anything.

Hey your mental ability must be getting stronger. It was one fluent sentence this time. Like mine.

Cool. He smiled really wide.

"Nobody huh?" The boy said. "Tell me, Sara, do you even remember who I am?"

"Of course. You're the boy who told me my eyes were amazing in history." I said matter-of-factly.

"Then what's my name?"

"Okay. This is going to sound really lame, but I don't remember."

He laughed. "It's cool. It's Ryker. Ryker Jameson."

"I love the your name. It's so cool." Abby said.

"Thanks...uh"

"Abby."

"Thanks Abby. You've got a  nice name too."

"I'm Christi by the way."

"Nice to meet you. And are you their brother?" He asked Jason.

"Nope. I'm Jason. I'm like a brother to them but actually none of us are related."

"Oh. That's cool. If you don't mind me asking, what are your last names?" Ryker asked us.
