Chapter 17

I take her chin between my thumb and index finger and lifted up her head looking into her eyes. "That guy's an asshole for cheating on a beautiful girl like you. I said.

She looked so sad. "My ex wife left me because I was never around for her and Copeland." I said ending the long moment of silence.

"Copeland? That's right your son." She said quietly. "Is it okay if I see what he looks like." She asked innocently.

I get up from the couch and walk to the piano, grabbing a portrait that I placed there.

I walk back to the couch and and hand her the portrait. She takes a long look at the picture.

"He looks just like you." She said looking up at me and I smiled at her.

"Well, we should probably get some sleep." I said turning to her.

"Uh, yes Ryan." She said getting up from the couch and walking towards the stairs, I walk up from behind and hold her hand. I don't know what's gotten into me.

"Something tells me you haven't been a dom for long." She said whispering in my ear.

"How did you know?" I asked in surprise.

"Because you look like you wouldn't harm anyone." She answered. "You're more of the hopeless romantic." She added.

"Is that so?" I say raising an eyebrow at her and she raises one back at me.

"Why of course Mr. Tedder." She said in British accent making me laugh.

We head upstairs and I stop by her room. "Well, goodnight Ryan." She said kissing me on the cheek making me blush and walks inside her room.

"I'll leave my door open if you need anything." I shouted walking into my room. I'm just to tired to change into pajamas so I threw myself onto my bed and blacked out.

Sorry if this chapter was too short I've been getting pretty distracted lately. But I hope you like this chapter as much as the others.
