Ryan's P.O.V
I feel bad for canceling my date with Kimberly. But work comes first. I'm sitting at the piano trying to figure out how I'm going to start the new song I'm writing when I hear Zach coming in out of breath.
"Hey man you alright?" I asked in bewilderment.
"Yeah I'm fine. Why'd you cancel on Kim?" He asked concern.
"How'd you know I canceled on her?" I asked surprised.
"Oh I bumped into her while jogging this morning." He said nonchalantly.
"Really? How'd she take the news?" I asked. She's probably bummed out.
"She was kind of sad at first. But then she said that she's going out to the club tonight." He said.
"She's going where?!?!?" I shouted at Zach.
"Dude why are you getting so mad? It's not like you guys are dating in the first place." Said Zach.
I know where not going out. But she's mine and only mine. I check my watch and and see that it's 11.
"C'mon Zach let's go!" I say grabbing my keys and my leather jacket.
"Ryan, where are we going?" Asked Zach grabbing my shoulder.
"We're gonna look for Kimberly." I said and we drive off.
