Trey:
Coach was pushing us in practice. I don't know how many suicides he was making us do, my legs wanted to fall off, but it was worth it because our first game is here.
Tonight is the night.
The campus was getting ready, the buzz was all throughout Miami, shit I heard that some Heat players wanna come check us out. The only thing that was upsetting me was cause Alfred was coming.
Ty and my Alfred's son, Devin go to the same school. I know they both got same friends, so Ty told me about Devin braggin about getting tickets to come watch. Not everyone knows that Devin is also my brother and I wanna keep it like that.
Alfred, his wife, Tabitha, Devin and some of his "associates" were going to meet me at a restaurant before it was time for me to get ready. My mom hates Alfred and Alfred feels about the same towards her, she would probably flip if she knew we were meeting up.
As I opened the door to the restaurant, Devin pointed me out. Tabitha had a big grin on her face as I got closer to the table. "Alfred Cashmere. Long time no see." Alfred said calling me by my biological name. "Trey, long time no see, you are so handsome." Tabitha said as I gave her a hug. I sat down between Devin and Tabitha.
"So how's Miami?" Tabitha asked as I looked at the menu. "It's good. I mean, I got some good friends out here, the weather, my team." I replied before telling the waitress I wanted a glass of orange juice. "You really think your team is good enough to win the championship?" Devin mumbled. I shot him a look as he took a drink of his water.
I noticed in the corner of my eyes, Alfred staring at me. Hear we go again. Alfred puts Devin on this high platter making him seem like the greatest in the entire world. Devin plays on the basketball team, but he's not as great as Alfred tells people. To be honest, Devin should just watch basketball instead of playing. "We will the ACC champions this year." I confidently responded.
"I don't know, Duke is really good also." Devin doubted. Alfred intervened before I could say something. "Alfred Cashmere. It's getting late you should go by and see your mom before the game. I bet she misses you."
I left. I needed to see my mom I missed her so much. I knocked on her room door. I could hear voices and people arguing about opening the door. "Who is it?" My little sisiter Nayla asked. I laughed,"It's Slim Shady. Open the door." Nayla opened the door and pulled me into a hug as she saw me.
"Trey! I've missed you so much!" Ty came out of the bathroom and I grabbed him and placed him in a headlock. "Man, let go. You better not hurt the best the best wide receiver in the state." I let Ty out as I was shocked by what I was hearing. "Excuse me, come again... State! Man, you just started playing the sport in general this year." Nayla and Ty started laughing. "That's what I'm saying." Ty replied.
I noticed Nayla's twin, Nicole laying on the bed. She had her phone up to her ear, talking and on her ipod. I swear, Jonathan spoils the shit out twins, especially Nicole. "Nicole! Who are you talking to?" I asked her.
She ignored me and continued talking to whoever. I went over to her phone and took it out of her hand. I took a look at the screen and saw the name 'Tavin'.
"So who is Tavin?" I asked Nicole. Nicole was mortified, she was so pissed at me. "Why did you do that, Trey!" She whined. "Answer my question who is the boy?" "My friend, I go to school with him." I smacked my lips,"That's what they all say." "Looks who's talking, all those girls you've been with you said they were just friends." Ty called me out. "Shut up Ty." Everyone laughed.
Mom opened the door and came out and saw me. My mom looked like she was about to cry. I missed her so much. "What are you doing here?" She asked me. "I wanted so see you before the game." I leaned down and gave Mom a hug.
"You've came a long way. Now you're playing college ball." "Couldn't have done it without you." As my mom blushed her dimples were showing and I simply gave her a soft kiss on her cheek.

Keira:
Malik passed me the wrap as I finished wrapping the last soccer player. Today was the first game, and Trey and I made a bet with Trey that if he made more than 20 points then I would go on a date with him. I really hope he wins this.
This is what I've been wanting to do and I can finally get over Evan. Our athletic training teacher, Mr. Hosek entered the room what it seemed like he was searching around for something. "Malik, Keira." He called for us. "Yeah Mr. Hosek?" Malik replied. "Are you two interested in observing the professional athletic trainers in the basketball game today?" I lifted in eyebrow. I'm not too sure.
"It will give you two great hands on experience and you can help pass out water to the players." It was perfect! It's an opportunity to be close to Trey. "Okay. I got myself a great view of the game." I said accepting the offer. Malik wasn't too sure,"I don't know. I promised my friend that I would be with her." "It's fine. You can do it next week if you want." I rolled my eyes. Really Malik? It's just Ashlee. Malik pondered for a couple seconds and then he revealed his decision,"Okay, I'll help Keira today." Mr. Hosek was relieved.
As Mr.Hosek left I could hear the crowd in the arena and they were loud. The arena must be packed. The basketball was in entering the hallway as they were exiting their locker room. I hadn't seen Trey yet so I went over to the door waiting for him. The team looked so pumped and hyper. I really think they will win.
I saw Shawn and Coach Biertmann come out and soon Trey followed them. Eli pointed me out to Trey and Trey smiled," There you are." "Here am I. I came to bring you something for good luck." "Oh really? Like as kiss?" "Sure, if it makes you score more than 20 points and we go on a date." "Trust me it will."
As Coach began talking, I leaned forward and gave Trey a little chaste kiss on the lips. It was fast, I didn't want Coach to see. Trey's lips were so soft and juicy, I'm suprised I actually stopped myself. I can't wait to give him a real kiss. "Good luck, you better win." I told Trey as he began walking with his team onto the court. "Don't worry girl, we'll be the best today and the rest of the season." Trey assured. "Don't be too cocky, Trey Carruth." I stated. I hope Trey is right.
