SETH:
"So what are you cooking, Chef Seth?" Monaé asked as I was standing at the stove making dinner for us. "Something delicious." I replied as Monaé gave me a kiss on my cheek. We've been going strong these last couple months. If I'm not practicing or having a game then I'm with Monaé and the boys. I've never felt this way before about a woman like I do Monaé. I'm not going to lie, I can see myself with in the long run with her.
"You know I love you." I told Monaé. She looked at me shock and ended up dropping the plates in her hand. "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry, Seth!" She exclaimed as she picked the broken pieces up. "It's fine. But did you hear what I said?" I questioned. Monaé looked up into my eyes as she placed her hand on my cheek. "I heard you loud and clear, Seth. These last couple months have been amazing, my sons love you and you're the perfect male figure for them. I love you too." Monaé leaned in and kissed me passionately on the lips. It feels good to know she feels the same way that I do.
KEN:
Lacey knocked on the door of Keira's door. I could hear laughter inside, she probably had visitors. A male came to the door and opened it. "Hey Mr. Lansing." He greeted me as I entered in. "Hey Dad, these are my friends, Darius and Malik." Darius shook my hand as he was so excited to see me. "Wow, this is an honor to meet you, I've been watching you on tv since I was a little boy. You're my football hero. I'm actually entering the NFL Draft, so hopefully I'll get drafted." As he talked, I recongized him, he's the one that sets records this season in football. "I've heard all about you. Good luck on your success." I replied as I sat down besides Keira on her bed.
"Are you feeling better?" I asked her. "I'm fine, really, I mean you didn't have to come." "I needed to come Keira. You're my daughter I'm so worried about you." Keira let out a sigh. "I'm coming to home soon, so you won't have to worry as much, Dad." Malik and Darius gave Keira both hugs as they left. Soon as Malik walked out, Lacey shut the door and Keira smile instantly turned into a frown. "Dad, what the hell? Why did you treat Trey like shit on national tv?" "Why are you talking to me like that?" I snapped correcting her. "I'm your father, Keira. I have a right to address him however I want to." "Dad, everyone's talking about. The whole world doesn't know about us, I don't want people to know me as Trey Carruth's baby momma." Keira complained. "Well that's your fault, Keira. You know if I would have known ahead of time, I would have never let you be with him and this situation wouldn't be happening." I stated. "You couldn't keep me away from him. I love him, Dad. You did that with Evan and we never stayed away from each other." "And look at all the problems you endured because of him. Trey is just the same and he's going to drag you down with him." Keira rushed over to the door and opened it. "Both you and Lacey need to leave now." She demanded. Lacey obeyed her and began walking, but I wouldn't budge. "Dad, get out of here!" Keira yelled. "Fine, but sometimes you should listen to me, Keira. Father knows best." I told her as I stood outside. "Sorry Dad, but you can be just as wrong as me." She said before she slammed the door in my face.
