The right side of my upper lip is arched up awkwardly revealing a set of sharp teeth, a snout has started forming on my face making me look like something out of a horror movie. I shook my hood of my head, two large furry ears emerged from under the red fabric. I screamed again. This couldn't be happening! What did that wolf do to me? I stumbled to my feet. I had to find him. Get him to change me back.

"Mr wolf!" I cried running along the length of the creek "hey! Mr wolf! Where are you!" I knew it was near to impossible of me finding him. This forest was huge. But maybe, just maybe, he has been watching me. "Mr wolf! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you! Your right! What I did was wrong! You can have the basket! Please! Where are you?" I spun around as a rustling noise emerged from behind me. The wolf walked out, tall and proud, holding my basket. He had a smug look on his face.

"Hello human."

"Mr wolf!"

"Here." He said extending the basket to me. I reached out and took it. The food was gone. "I told you I would give basket back, after I eaten food."

"Yes. Yes you did. I'm sorry I doubted you." I know I have to be careful what I say. Be nice to the disgusting creature. He was my only hope. Its funny. Any normal teen magazine would tell me to dig deep inside me and tell him how I am feeling.

I dug deep

I wanted to rip his head off

This is why I dont read teen magazines.

"You aren't sorry."

"Yes, yes I am. I'm sorry I didn't trust you, I'm sorry I hurt you." He stood there watching me. Sizing me up.

"How you like being wolf?"

"Not very much actually, could you maybe change me back?" I paused "please?"

"I can't change you back. What's done is done."

"There has to a way to change me back. Please." He paused, thinking.

"There is one way. Too late now though." Hope flowered up inside of me.

"What is it?"

"House in middle of forest. Old lady has antidote." My Grandma? "She don't like wolves. She tries to kill wolves if she sees them." This almost made me laugh. My grandma? Seriously? The lady could hardly walk by herself, let alone kill wolves.

"What way is her house from here?" He pointed left

"Follow stream this way. Be careful. Dangerous old lady." Whatever.

"Thank you." I said and started running down the stream.

"What about basket?" He yelled after me.

"You keep it! It's a thank you gift!" An empty basket would only slow me down.
