*B is sitting on the couch when Mom walks out of her bedroom, immediately startled*

(Mom) OHmygoodness! You scared me!

(Bailey) sorry...

(Mom) what are you doing awake?

(Bailey) never could really get to sleep...

(Mom) *wide eyes*  you've been awake all night?

(Bailey) pretty much...I think I slept like an hour...

(Mom) oh my...are you sick? *walks over and puts her wrist to B's forehead*

(Mom) well, you obviously aren't fine if you can't sleep...is it the nightmares still? I thought you were done with those...I still have that medicine the doctor gave us to...

*Mom stops talking and looks at B*

(Bailey) you have to actually sleep to have a nightmare...I'm fine

(Mom) *sighs* you are going to be exhausted today

(Bailey) I'll survive

*B stands up and walks into the kitchen pouring herself a bowl of crunchberries*

(Mom) since you are awake, why don't you do me a favor and go wake up your brother...

*B giggles and sets her bowl down before running upstairs to her room to wake Nick*

*Bailey walks in her room and jumps on top of Nick*

*Nick rolls to his side knocking B onto the bed, then grabs his pillow and lays it on her shoulder before plopping his head back down *

*Nick throws a leg and an arm over B pinning her to the bed*

*B struggles to get up and fails*

(Nick) *chuckles* lay still I'm trying to sleep

*B reaches with her free arm and grabs a handful of Nicks hair giving it a tug, He quickly returns the favor yanking on hers*

(Bailey) OUCH *pinches Nicks arm*

*Nick pinches B's leg*

(Bailey) quit it!

*B lays there for a minute before poking Nick in the head....repeatedly*
