-2 am, Bailey is still wide awake mulling over the news of Joe and Miley*

(Bailey) What about Ronnie?

(Nick) *growls* Bailey...go to bed

(Bailey) do you think she knows?

(Nick) *grumpy* I dunno...why don't you call her and ask

(Bailey) I would but its 2am

(Nick) EXACTLY...go to sleep

(Bailey) *quiet for a minute* I can't believe this isn't bothering you

(Nick) I love you Bailey but so help me...if you don't shut it Ima smother you with a pillow.

(Bailey) ugh...fine, night, love you too.

-8am-

(Bailey) *eyes shoot open* God . . . Did I dream that conversation last night or did that actually frickin happen?

(Nick) It happened... You kept me up nearly all night obsessing over it and then you wake me up at 8 am...tell me again why I love you, 'cause I forget.

(Bailey) *Kisses Nick on the cheek* cause I'm the fastest pod change in the West. *blows the tip of her finger like a smoking gun and tucks it back into the imaginary holster*

(Nick) *chuckles* we aren't in the West...this is Jersey...You do kind of keep me alive and all though...

(Bailey) I'm sorry for keeping you up...just had a hard time wrapping my brain around the whole Jiley thing

(Nick) Jiley?

(Bailey) yea...ya know...the celebrity name smoosh...like Niley only switchin the Jonas to Joe instead of you so Jiley.

(Nick) ah okie...

(Bailey) are you sure it doesn't bother you, them being a thing...'cause I feel like it should be bothering you...don't lie to me

(Nick) *sighs* I'm really ok with it B...I admit, its gunna be weird seeing them kiss or whatever but honestly, it will be weird for me to see her kiss anyone...It's almost a relief that she is with someone I can actually tolerate and that won't be weirded out by her and I being friends.

(Bailey) ok...if you say so

(Nick) I do

(Bailey) alright, but they still shouldn't be lying to us...they must pay.

(Nick) and how do you propose we make them pay?

(Bailey) Like I said...it is going to be pretty hard having a super-secret relationship if they can't have time alone...I intend to butt in on every little *air quotes* "shopping trip or errand" are you with me?

(Nick) *yawns loudly* Let me wake up first, then count me in.

(Bailey) *smiles* atta boy! They will rue the day they tried to lie to us...RUE IT.

(Nick) Rue? How do you even know what that means?

(Bailey) *shrug* it was one of the words on my word a day calendar like four months ago...just never had need to use it till now. *B flashes Nick a smile before bounding out the door and down the stairs to find Joe and Miley in the kitchen.* Morning!

(Miley) *cocks a brow suspiciously* you seem happy this morning...what are you up to?

(Bailey) *grabs the crunchberries and pours herself a bowl* Nothin, just in a good mood, so what are the plans for today?

(Joe) *rubs the back of his neck* Uh . . . Miley and I were going to go shopping.
