*B walks up the stairs into her room finding Nick lying on her bed*

(Bailey) Hey Bubba

(Nick) I see you’re still alive. Everything go ok?

(Bailey) *sighs* It went fine I guess. Sam stepped in and threatened to expose all of Alex’s dirty little secrets if she kept it up so she stayed pretty tight lipped the rest of dinner…and the movie was good

 (Nick) *smirks and cocks a brow* ten bucks says you didn’t even watch the movie

(Bailey) I could certainly supply you with all the make-out details if you’d like

(Nick) *gross face* just making sure you kept it appropriate.

(Bailey) *rolls eyes*You caught me…we had sex…right there…in the theater surrounded by people….at one point they even did the wave

(Nick) Then I would say Miley is livid.  She kept shooting me glares all night long. Joe is more confused by my annoying behavior than anything, I think he is brushing it off as a sugar thing but he is definitely pissed off.

*Door swings open and very livid Miley stands in the doorway*

*B and Nick giggle at Miley’s frustrated rambling*

(Miley) You know that Joe and I are dating. You may be able to fool Joe but I know how you two operate. You figured it out and have spent the entire day torturing us so cut it out, you two are being a dual pain in my ass.

(Bailey) What is up with you and Joe not telling us? You know Nick well enough to know he is too frickin observant to get away with anything. How could you lie to us?

(Miley) *sighs and takes a seat on the bed* Joe isn’t sure how everyone will react to us being together, he was worried about upsetting you two and how it would look to the media. You guys are brothers and thanks to me we had a very public break up so he wants to keep it quiet for now and I am respecting that.

(Nick) so instead of trusting us and being honest you thought it was better to treat us just like the media and keep us in the dark

(Miley) I DO trust you two…I’m sorry that I lied to you, honestly I didn’t really know how to approach it

(Miley) *throws her head back in a loud laugh then sighs and gives Nick a smile of relief* Are we ok? I mean…with our past…

(Nick) Miles we broke up, you are free to date whoever you want…we are cool

(Miley) You'll get over it. Now as punishment for your behavior…*holds out hand* Phone.

(Bailey) *scoffs* You can’t be serious

(Miley) You honestly thought I'd let you keep the phone after you pulled all this shit on Joe and I? I don't think so. Phone...now!

(Bailey)*protesting* But…you can’t take my phone…You're my best friend

(Miley) technically it’s MY phone …one of the biggest rules of survival Bailey is don't bite the hand that feeds you…or in your case the one that pays your phone bill.

(Bailey) I’m sorry…

(Miley) *holds out hand* Bailey Nichole...phone now

(Bailey) *reluctantly hands over phone* this sucks

(Miley) and as for you *points at Nick before slapping him upside the head*

*Miley stands from the bed and heads for the door*

(Bailey) *scoffs* that’s it?! You take my phone indefinitely and all he gets is a slap upside the head?

(Miley) *shrugs* torturing you was simple…I haven’t decided what his penance will be

*Miley walks out shutting the door behind her and B slumps down onto Nicks shoulder with a sigh*
