~Chewy P.O.V.~

I was up in my room just chilling, it was a long day but it was such a fun birthday party. Everyone was over and it was so crazy.

My door was open and I saw Nelle walk by heading to her room. I took the opportunity to slip out of my room and talk to Lexis. I got up and started walking down the stairs, I saw him on the couch texting.

"Aye Lexis, you got a few?" I asked as I sat on the arm part of the chair

"Yee wass up?" He set his phone down and looked at me

"I wanna say I'm sorry for how I've been actin lately. It just really disappointed me with all the shit you were doin. I still love you and shit but it just really made me upset."

"Man, I'm sorry I disappointed you and let's just put all this behind us. I'm still very sorry though. We cool?" He opened his arms and I gave him a a bro hug.

"Yee we cool, just please don't do anythin else stupid" I laughed

"Ight man I'll try not to. Don't do anything stupid either, Mama'll kick my ass if she finds out I let you get into any shit" He laughed with me. This was the Lexis I loved.

"Also I needa tell you somethin, but I don't want you to like fly off the handle or anything."

"Ight, I won't" He let me go and sat back

"Alright well earlier today I came into the house and saw Arlie and Nelle kissin on the couch. Not like makin out or anythin but they were kissin."

"Oh. Well we aren't together so I can't bitch at her or anything. Yeah it hurts that she would kiss Arlie but I mean I'm not no saint, cause earlier Leah and I were makin out and feeling each other up before I came here." My mouth nearly dropped.

"Damn. Well aye I just wanted to tell you. At first I wasn't cause I didn't wanna get involved but I'd want someone to tell me if Renee was kissin up on some other homie."

"Yeah, ight well thanks for tellin me but there ain't nothin I can do. If she wants to be with Arlie then so fuckin be it. Arlie and I will still be best friends regardless, we always been on that "Homies Over Hoes" since we were young. I ain't sayin' Nelle a hoe or anything but you get it." He looked fine but his voice showed some sorrow.

"As crazy as this may sound but maybe y'all takin a break might be better for y'all. Like it will make y'all realize how much you both need each other. I wouldn't trip over it cause I know y'all finna be together no matter what. This is just a steep hill in your relationship."

"Thanks man, Imma head to bed. And don't take my guns. If you get caught on the streets with that you'll be in deep shit." He playfully punched my shoulder then walked up the stairs. I followed behind him.

~Lexis P.O.V.~

I would have been so fuckin pissed off. But I have no right to be because we ain't together and I also got tongue from someone else. I already know we're gonna be together no matter what. I'm going to make sure that happens.

I walked back to my room and crashed on the bed. If she really does move on, I would much rather her be with Arlie than just some random guy I don't know. I can't think like that, she's not gonna move on, she knows we've been through so much.

That was how I fell asleep. Arguing with myself about if she was to move on and then changing my mind, coming up with reasons for why she wouldn't move on.

~Leah P.O.V.~

I'm not going to lie I was hella jealous of Chanelle. She had Lexis, they were in this perfect relationship, had two kids, lived in a nice house. That should have been DeShawn and I. Then to hear DeShawn said he loved Chanelle was what really pissed me off. That was my son, I know I wasn't the best mom but I was doing it on my own and my situation was hard.
