~Alejandra's POV~
As we walk across the lawn to get to the pack house, I see so many werewolves training, running, relaxing, and playing. So this is what a pack is like? It seems amazing. Even though we're barely crossing the lawn and we haven't met any of these people. I hope the alpha isn't a cruel person.
Suddenly the man that was going to show us around, stops and starts announcing things.
"Everyone! We have new comers into our pack. I expect you make them feel welcome at all times. They are not rogues so don't worry. Just children looking for a family. Now, on with yourselves." He says gesturing his hands this way and that. He turns around to face me.
"Wait, have you had your first shift yet?" He asks me bluntly. I bite my lip for what I'm about to tell him.
"Yes I have. All of my family have except for Nikky." I say turning around to face their joyful faces.
"Really? So you're not normal werewolves? Because regular werewolves have their first shift at 15. How old did you say you guys were?" He likes asking questions s lot I guess.
"Well no, we were lab rats. We were given these amazing powers. And our ages? Well I'm 15, Colt is 15, Nikky is 10, Gaze is 12, Jakob is 12, and Kylie is 13 sir. In sorry what was your name again?" I ask and say truthfully. I hope us being lab rats don't change anything.
"Oh I'm sorry, I didn't introduce myself yet have I? Well I'm Kuda. Im the Beta. My mate is Crystal. She's over there training with the Alpha." He points over to another shirtless guy and a kinda short blonde.
"Oh do you think he will let us stay?" I ask hoping that he will. I also hope he doesn't try and kill us.
"I don't know. I hope so. You guys don't seem bad. But it's up to him." Just then Kuda whistled a high pitch one, and the Alpha looked at us. Well me. He shifted into his wolf and started charging at us. I instantly shifted into my wolf and so did my family. We all started to growl and put our heads lower. The Alpha came closer and barked furiously. He mind linked me. It was so weird to mind link him instead of someone else.
'Who are you? What are you doing on my territory? If you're rogues, I'm gonna tear you limb from limb.' He sounded protective and mean. But he's the Alpha and it's understandable.
'I'm Alejandra. But I go by Alex. These are my brothers and sister. We're just looking for a pack. We want a family. Our parents are dead and we have no where to go. We're aren't rogues because we never had a pack or was part of one. Do you think we can stay?' I ask putting in that we're siblings. I hope it was convincing enough.
He starts to growl and shake his head. He begins pacing back and fourth. I guess he's thinking about it.
'So you're not rogues and you have no where to go?' He mind links looking straight into my eyes. His were gold.
'Yes sir. We're not rogues and we have no where to go.'
'I guess you can. But if you do one thing suspicious, you're out. By out I mean we're going to kill you.' And with that he shifts back. As do I and the rest of us.
