*Kasumi's Point of View*

It was now seven o'clock. Kiyomi and I both had a glass of wine in our hands. We had picked a colour scheme, cobalt blue and gold, and invitations, she's ordering them tomorrow, and now we're working on seating arrangement.

"The tables seat eight, correct?" I ask Kiyomi.

"No, they seat ten, and there's a total of 96 people attending, including our grouping. And that is, if they all come."

With my little outline of the ballroom on my tablet, I begin moving the circle shapes that represent the tables into the diagram, "Great! 10 tables. You've got to work out which of the colleagues will be sitting with whom."

"I can do that no problem. I'll have the list of who can sit next to who to you by tomorrow," she informs me.

"Thanks, Kiyomi. Alright, the Ootori's will need a table all to themselves. For all of the sons and their other halves. And Fuyumi and her husband."

"Now, with the Suoh's, there's only Yuzuru and Tamaki. They could sit with Yuzuha, her husband, Hikaru, Kaoru, and his wife, but who will sit with them? There's three seats left."

"Takashi and his fiancée, but then we need one more."

My sister and I carried on with our party planning through two more glasses of wine. She then decided that it was probably time to go home and see her husband.

"And you, get some sleep," she pecked me on the cheek and headed to the door.

"I'll try."

Yet I wouldn't be getting any sleep for the next few hours at least.

In the thirty minutes leading up to my estimated time of departure, I got anxious. I didn't know what was going to happen, but I was going to be prepared for everything. Yelling, crying, subtle talking. Whatever. Even spending the night. Who knew how long it would take.

Tamaki could've had lunch with any other girl, and I would've been fine. Him going out with Éclair feels like betrayal.

I had already told the driver that he could go home after he dropped me off. If it wasn't too late, Tamaki's driver could take me back.

Earlier, when I was out with Kiyomi, I had looked cute. Right about now, I looked ready to crash and burn. A pair of sweatpants and a colourful tank top. That's the most effort Tamaki is getting out of me.

"Are you ready to leave for the Suoh manor, m'dear?" Akira asked, coming into the foyer. He was an older man with grey hair, and he was extremely loyal. He reminded me of my grandfather in some ways.

"Of course, let's go. Don't want to be late and make him angry."

"Never do anything in spite of a man. Show up late if you want to, but remember to be you, no matter what," he gave me this piece of advice as we left the manor and got in the car.

"You made it. I thought you wouldn't come," Tamaki sounded relieved as he watched my car pull away.

I raise an eyebrow at him quizzically, "Is there any specific reason I should not have come?" I question him as he leads me indoors.

"Well, I was pretty certain that you were angry at-" I cut him off.

"-Of course I'm angry at you. But why should I not give you a chance to explain yourself?"
