I ran into the burning, the fire was trying to grab hold of me as I ran to the kitchen. My Mother was lying on the floor, not moving. "Mum!" I screamed as I dropped to my knees besides her, I put my fingers to her wrist. No pulse. "Mum!" I cried.
"Katherine!" My brother, Tom shouted. I heard the pain in his voice, "Katherine! Where are you?!" I turned my head as a weird smell hit me, "Katherine!"
"Tom get out of here! It's gonna-" Everything went silent around me, I slowly put my hand to me ear. It was covered in blood, I looked around. Everyone was dead.
