Chapter 9

"Dad?!" I shouted up the stairs, I put my coat up on the hook. "I think I could get you a new job!" I said putting my keys in the small dish, "Dad?!" I shouted again, I walked into the kitchen. My heart dropped. "Dad!" I screamed falling down besides him, his wrists were covered in blood. There was a knife next to him, tears began to fall down my face. I looked up, "Danny?" He ran into the kitchen from the back door, "what are you doing here?"

"I heard shouting," he put his phone to his ear. "Hey, Melanie get to Katherine's house now!" He put his phone away. "I'm so sorry for what's happened to you. Your Mum, Tom, Sky, Karen, everyone." 

"How did you know my brothers name?" I asked confused, I never told anyone Tom's name. I never told Danny about him, I didn't tell Melanie his name. "I never told anyone his name, it's you isn't it?"

"Katherine, let me explain." I shook my head and stood up, I heard Melanie and the rest run into the house. "Katherine," Danny said standing up.

"Stay away from me!" I cried, "I don't want to ever see you again!" I shouted, I turned around and ran out of the house.
