You grabbed the coffee mug from under the Keurig that had just finished brewing your tea. You sighed, tugging the warm blanket around your body even tighter. You knew that your ex-boyfriend of 3 years would be by later to pick his things up. The break up ended with you fighting and him crying, which absolutely broke your heart, but you just fell out of love with Ashton. You didn't feel those sparks anymore with him.

You brought the cup to your lips, taking a sip of the hot beverage that warmed your body. You had some of Ashtons things on the couch, but you figured he could pack the rest.

A knock came at the door, making you walk over to the door, your tiny hands still wrapped around the mug. You opened the door seeing Ashton and the other three standing behind him, confusion taking over all of their faces. Ashton, nor the boys, knew why you broke it off with him.

You took your bottom lip into your mouth slightly. You opened the door wider letting them inside.

"Some of your things are on the chair." You gave him a small smile, which he didn't return. You knew he was hurt, but you felt like you was playing him and leading him on by continuing the relationship, when you didn't love him anymore.

Michael glared at you as Ashton trudged up the stairs, Luke following. Calum and Michael stayed behind. They both shot glares your way.

"Why the fuck did you hurt him like that?" Michael growled, walking toward you, making you step back a little.

"I was honest with him Michael. I cant help I'm not in love with him anymore." You sighed, placing your hands in front of you, stopping the colored hair boy from coming any closer to you.

"Mike, at least she wasn't leading him on. Making him think she still loved him." Calum sneered.

You knew the two was pissed and confused.

"I still love him, just not like I did when we first got together guys." You removed one hand from your mug, running it over your face.

This made Michael scoff.

"Did you really love him or was you just using him?"

"You asshole. I fucking loved the boy with all my heart. The sparks was lost Michael." You yelled at him, Luke and Ashton surely hearing you. Luke ran down the stairs, seeing Michael standing near you and Calum glaring at you across the room.

Michael shook his head, knocking the mug out of your hands, it breaking on your white carpet.

"Oops?" He said, sarcastically. You glared the boy, bending down to pick up the broken glass. You threw it away, sighing as you grabbed a towel to wipe up the liquid, or try to at least. Hopefully it would stain, but you knew it would.

You saw Ashton standing in the living room, his suitcase behind him that was full of clothes that he kept here for when he stayed the night with you.

You placed the towel on the ground, stepping on it as three out of the four boys glared at you before walking over to the door. Ashton started behind them, before stopping and turning around.

"I'm thanking you." Ashton said, tearing up.

"For?" You mumbled, knowing he was hurting.

"For not playing with my emotions Y/N. For not leading me on." He gave a small smile, a tear slipping down his cheek. Luke, Michael, and Calum was standing outside, waiting for the curly hair boy, "Can.. Can I k-kiss you one last time?" He stuttered out.

You gave him a nod, him pressing his lips to yours.

"Thank you." He smiled at you, you nodding once again.

"Hey Ash?" You hollered out to him, as he walked out the door.

He turned around, the other boys following his movements.

"I really hope we can still be friends. All of us." You told him.

He started nodding, "I'd like that Y/N. Just because we aren't dating anymore, doesn't mean I want to lose you out of my life completely."

"Ashton, are you sure?" Michael whispered from behind him, you not hearing him.

"The most positive I've ever been Michael."

You smiled at them, closing the door as they got into Ashton small car.

Michael rolled down the window, "Y/N! Sorry for breaking your cup!" He yelled, making you laugh and tell him not to worry about it before they drove off.
