A: Dreams for the New Year

A dream is a wish your heart makes . . . until you write it down. Then the dream becomes a goal.

I believe if you want your dreams to come true, you write them down and tell other people so they can help you reach your goals.

Here were my goals for 2016:

1. Finish my novel Forever Remember: The Rose Code by May 2016 by writing a new chapter every two weeks and posting the chapters on Wattpad.

2. Post a tweet on Twitter once a week about my novel or writing.

3. Post on Facebook twice a month about Forever Remember.

4. Edit novel and write about the process on My Wattpad Blog to help other writers improve their stories.

5. Begin writing my second novel Between in my series, The Rose Code. Between is Emily Green's story. She is Melaney's and Jasmine's friend in Forever Remember. This story is Paranormal. I can't wait to write it, but I have to finish Forever Remember first.

Goals for 2019

It's 12/31/2018 and I am thinking about my goals for 2019.

1) Forever Remember is almost finished but it still needs edited and an epilogue.

2) I despise Twitter. I tried it and don't like it. Find another social media. Maybe, Instagram, but I need a smart phone with a camera.

3) Post on Facebook about Forever Remember twice a month. Use memes about each chapter.

4) Edit Forever Remember and write about the process here on my Blog.

5) Put Between on hold. Start on new fantasy novel.

Goals for 2020

1) Continue editing Forever Remember. On chapter 14 now. Sending a chapter or two through Critique Circle is a slow process, but I'm learning a lot. Don't want to rush perfection. I wish. Still writing that epilogue. I want it to be just right.

2) Trying Twitter again. Searching for other inspirational teen fiction authors to network with.

3) Post on Facebook twice a month or more using music from each chapter.

4) Post random topics in Wattpad blog once a month.

5) Critique group didn't like fantasy chapter. Continue world building notes. Start and Finish Forever Remember prequel, Only Time Would Tell.
