Phone, computer, or pen and paper?
Unfortunately, I don't have a smart phone, just a dumb one that only makes phone calls. So, if I'm not at home, I'll jot notes on any type of paper I can find. At home, I'll peck on my Kindle on the Note app or type on my computer keyboard.
