The Venti grabbed me and I dropped my weapons.

"Let go of me!" I yell.

"Since you didn't surrender and you killed my comrades. I am going to take something of your belonging." The Venti and I vaporized into nothing but thin air.

When we popped back into reality, the area around us was different. No light, no beautiful skies. Just darkness and tall stalactites. We were in the cave that Autumn had dreamt about.

I concentrated on the mind of the storm spirit. All that I got was static, like from a t.v that was offline. Damn it.

The storm spirit pushed me to the ground. "Get up! And keep walking." He ordered. If your going to survive then you should listen to him. He will lead you to a place full of monsters. Maybe you could control all of their minds and get out of here safely with Autumn's sister. Gods I'm so smart. I mentally high five myself.

I walk forward in the same direction for about five minutes, "Take a right." He barked.

Now the cavern was getting bigger, as we kept walking. Soon, we ended up in a ginormous room. Torches dimly lit the room. Filled with monsters per square inch. This is more than we anticipated. In the corner of my eye I see the black cage. That held Autumn's little sister. I only caught a glimpse of her blonde and red hair.

"Welcome Jessica Morre daughter of Aphrodite." My attention swerved to the throne. This wasn't what Autumn had described. The man in the cloak wasn't wearing a black cloak. The man wasn't even a man. He was a teenager. Possibly 16 years old. His hair was midnight black, his skin was pale white. His facial feature were undeniably handsome. Jawline curved to perfection, violet purple eyes, and a evil smirk.

Focus.....focus..... I stared at him. But still I read nothing on his mind.

"Don't even try to read my mind Jessica." He mused.

"I wasn't. I was trying to distract you." I elbowed the Venti in the gut. And make my towards the cage. Two hell hounds blocked my way.

"Sit." I command mentally.

The ferocious hell hounds sat down, wagged their tail and scratched their ears with their hind leg. The cage was an arm length away. Instantly the darkness of the cave wrapped around me in chains. The teen was now standing from his throne. His pale hands controlled the shadows and darkness.

He motioned me to come forth. The dark chains obeyed and moved me forward. I squirm, trying to break free. He stopped me a few inches away from him. The chains of Shadows dissapeared and I fell to the floor. In one swift flick of his wrist the shadows linked into chains again, and wrapped around my arms. The monsters all watched the master do his work.

"Who are you? Why are you doing this?" I ask out of desperation.

"You truly want to know who I am. Well here is you answer." He paused. "I am Erebus son of Nyx, goddess of night." The monsters all roar, raising their weapons with conviction.

"But your mother is in Tartarus." I say baffled. "How are you here,"

He interrupted me. "I escaped Tartarus. Before the two meddling demigods closed the Doors of Death. I got past the giant with the broom and made it out. And I can easily get back in and bring more recruits back out. It's that simple."

Erebus's violent gaze shot past me and landed on the Venti.

"Speaking of simple. Your task was so simply easy, Otis could've done it." Erebus sneered.

The Venti gulped down his Adams apple. "Sire, even the sons of Boreas couldn't have defeated the Girl."

"SILENCE!" Other shadows engulfed Dylan in a puddle of nothingness. "One I hate more than daylight is poor excuses. Now, what should I do with you?" He smiled sinisterly making me shiver from head to toe.

"Don't hurt her." Someone squeked.

"Who said that?" Erebus demanded.

The monster all look at each other in confusion and turned their heads towards the cage.

"I said, don't hurt her." The little voice was barely audible. It was Kasidee's voice.

Erebus looked surprised. "And the little one finally speaks. Do you have anything else to say?"

Silence filled the room again. The monsters cackled at Kasidee's attempt to speak again.

"Well I think you'll have fun enjoying being a cell mate." Erebus swiveled his hand and the chains pulled me near the cage Kasidee was in. The shadows made bars with no room whatsoever to stand up.

I could easily read Kasidee's mind. It was like reading a book about the ABCs.

"Are you good?" She asked.

"Yes and I know your big sister. She is coming here to get you." I informed her.

Just by looking at Kasidee made me want to cry. Her blonde and red hair was covered in dirt, her eyes had purple and blue rings around it. Just seeing Kasidee that way reminded me of those sad dogs commercials you see on the t.v. She was weak from hunger.

I filled my mind full of happy things like rainbows, flowers, and Potato, my faithful pegasus. I transfered those images to Kasidee's mind. A small smile appeared on her face. Just by seeing that smile made me happy.

"Tell Autumn to don't come and rescue me." She said mentally.

"What do you mean?" I asked her worried.

"The bad man will hurt her, like he did to me." She explained. "I can't speak anymore, or sing."

Just hearing those words made me want to bawl. She looks like she is 6 years old and she has experienced things that no regular 6 year old should.

"Now I have twice the bait to bring Autumn here." Erebus spoke aloud and sat back at his throne. As if he expected someone to come into the cave at any moment.

I concentrate on sending a message to Autumn. Even though I don't have any clue where she is.

"Autumn if you can here me then listen to me. I'm in the cave and your little sister looks like she won't last another day or two. Please come as quick as you can."
