Ch 13: Tea party with Barry and Larry

The shade of the tree starts to move and reveals my face to the sun as i begin to fall asleep. The birds start to sing and i can feel the rays of the sun warming my face.

As i turn on my side i hear the front door open and slam. I don't want to get down yet. I jump to my feet and carefully walk towards the front of the house.

I look down to see Mitch sit down next to the soft bushes of flowers as he examines them.

"Beautiful." Mitch says as he looks at this red tulip next to the bush. Flower boy huh?

I go to walk back to the shaded part of the roof when the tile from underneath my foot gives way and my body gets thrown off the roof. I feel something catch me by my leg and i see a bit of metal go threw my jeans and is holding my whole body weight.

"Mitch!!!" I yell as he looks up and sees me hanging upside down from the 3 story house.

"What are you doing?" Mitch says as he jumps to his feet.

"Im having a tea party with my mates Barry and Larry, what the hell do you think I'm doing?!" I yell as i fold my arms and Mitch just rolls his eyes.

"Please continue your tea party. I didn't mean to interrupt." Mitch says as he goes to walk away in a sarcastic manner.

"Ok ok haha very funny but now that we have had our laughs can you help me down?" I say as Mitch try's to reach me but he cant get to me.

"Please hurry, i feel the bottom of my jeans ripping." I say with a little whimper.

"I have an idea but i don't think you will like it." Mitch says as he looks at where my jeans are caught onto the roof.

"What is it?"

"Lets just say, what kind of underwear are you wearing?" Mitch says with half a smile and raised eyebrows.

"Oh you are enjoying this." I say as i press my teeth together angrily.

"Maybe but its the only way for you to get down safely."

"No way." I say as i fold my arms and look away from him.

"Fine just fall and go straight back to hospital but thats the safest way to get you down." Mitch says as he sits back down.

My jeans start to rip more and more and i feel the blood rushing to my head and Mitch just lays on the grass looking up at me.

"Its been 5 minutes of hanging upside-down. Are you ready to do my suggestion yet?" Mitch says as he sits up and stares into my eyes.

"Fine but no one is to know about this." I say as he stands to his feet and places his arms underneath my body about where I'm going to fall.

I place my hands on my belt and start to unbuckle, meanwhile Mitch is standing in complete and utter silence as i swiftly take off my belt and throw it at him.

"Ok and now the part we have all been waiting for." Mitch says with a chuckle.

"Oh when i get down I'm going to give you a piece of my mind." I say as i move onto the button and fly on my jeans.

With one deep breath in i undo my pants and fall into Mitch's arms and my face turns red.

"Good catch." I say as i look up to see my jeans stuck on the roof.

"How does a country girl like you go for Calvin Klein underwear?" Mitch says with raised eyebrows as he continues to hold me off the ground.

"Shut up or i wi-" I say as Mitch and I both stop to see a sleek black car coming towards the house and out steps Nate with a girl.

"So what is going on here?" Nate says with a slight laugh.

Mitch and i look at each other and Mitch just drops me flat on my butt.

"Uh. We u-h" Mitch stutters as i pick myself up.

"Im going to get my jeans while you can explain to Nate what happened." I say as i bolt around the side of the house.

Mitch's POV

"Ok well before you tell me what happened with Dakota and you i want you to meet my sister, Eden." Nate says as Eden extends her hand.

"Nice to meet you Eden." I say as i give her a firm handshake.

"Same to you."

"Well how about you fill me in on the you and Dakota thing." Nate says as he wraps his arm around me and we all walk inside.

Dakota POV

I wait for Nate, Mitch and the girl to go inside and as soon as they go inside i grab a lunge whip and start playing clothing piñata in my underwear and top.

The jeans fall and i slip in one leg. As i put in the other leg Nate walks out and in a panic i fall to the ground with my jeans around my legs and i see the bright smile of Mr Nate Trainer.

"Mitch told me what happened." Nate says with a little burst of laughter.

"Its not funny." I say as i stand to my feet and pull up my jeans that now have a rip at the bottom on my leg.

"I think it is."

"I could be back in hospital right now." I says as i walk closer to him.

"But you're not."

"Thats not the point."

"Look i am the last person who would want to see you in hospital and i know how much you hate being cooped up in a room so since that was you only not long ago, i think you and i should celebrate." Nate says as he runs his hands up and down my arms.

"Well I'm about to go for a ride with Mitch because i promised him i would." I say as he gives me a cute smile.

"Well what about tonight?"

"Im free but what are you planning?" I say as i he looks into my eyes.

"Just wait you will find out. After you come back from your ride there is something on your bed that Eden helped pick out but don't go into your room until after the ride." Nate says as he walks inside and i go and put the whip back in the stable.

Wow is Nate finally making his move. I still on the fence and look across the field as i put on my hoody.
