Zay's POV
"Farkle, how did you figure out that Riley is heading to New Zealand?" Maya asks, as we all attempt to sleep on the uncomfortable aeroplane chair.
"Riley said 'I know, I saw.' Would you really say that if you saw someone who love kiss another girl?"
"She kissed me!" Lucas retaliated, grumpily watching 'Boy Meets World.' It's everyone's FAVOURITE TV show.
"Kiwi snow. Those are the words I was able to digest from what Riley said. She's at the snow in New Zealand, and Zay just tracked her passport. She's in Auckland."
I don't have the heart to tell Farkle that I lied.

Riley's POV
What I did was wrong.
I persuaded my friend to lie.
But I don't want them to find me.
I called Zay when I arrived, asking him to lie about where I was. He argued and argued but finally did it.
My skin is kissed by ice as I lie in the snow, watching the blue sky above me.
Suddenly, he appears.
"Hey babe."
"I'm not your babe."
"Mm hm. You ready?"
Venom surges through my body as I glare at this despicable excuse of a human.
Oh wait I forgot.
He's not human.
"I can hear you," he hisses, pressing me against a tree with his brawny arms, his eyes begging for an entrance to my soul. "I am you."
"No you're not."
"I come from you."
"How's that possible?"
Instead of answering, he smashes his lips into mine, and my legs dissolve into jelly.
He pushes me down forcefully, and my back slams into snow as we lie entwined on the ground.
"Not in public."
"There's no one around."
"Why do you do this to me?"
"Pretend I'm the real Lucas Riley. That's what you want, isn't it?"
Is it?
Is that why I'm hurting?
Is that why I let him leave me to cry myself to sleep after he's finished with pain?
I don't know anymore.
Demon Lucas grins, his eyes gleaming with lust.
"No," I manage to whisper.
"Are you cold?"
Yes.
"No."
"I can give you warmth."
God I hate him so much.
Demon Farkle appears unexpectedly, and I can see him leering at Demon Lucas. He grabs my hair, and holds a knife to my throat.
"Do you need me to hold you down?" he murmurs, his words of terror sinking into my brain.
I scream as the knife embraces my arms, leaving rivers of red, poisoning the snow.
And with that he leaves.
Leaves me to Demon Lucas.
I close my eyes.
