Sparks Fly [Completed]

10. One brand new car

The following day wasn't much different then that day after Halloween. I was stressed and couldn't sit still. The result was my home being spotless. Everything was shiny and clean. No laundry, no dishes nothing. Andrew would come home this afternoon around 3 so I wanted everything to be perfect. 
Seth didn't show himself and I was seriously happy with that. I mean what did he think I would leave Andrew just like that. Because we kissed? 
No... I mean. He would never let me move in with him. Because that was what had to happen. I had nowhere else to go if I left Andrew. And I wouldn't leave Andrew! He Loved me, I loved him. 

Still I couldn't help looking at Seth's house every time I stepped outside. I had no idea if I hoped if I would see him or was just relieved I didn't. I wanted to talk to him and at the same time I didn't. Man this was frustrating as hell!

I managed to plunge myself into my favorite TV show and was completely into it when the beep of a car horn made me realize I was at home and not in some far away land living fairy tales.
I got up when It beeped again . It seemed to be in front of our door. It was only two so It couldn't be Andrew. I walked to the door and opened it. 
It was Andrew standing next to a car I didn't know. "Surprise baby!" He exclaimed happily. 
I didn't get it. Did he buy himself a new car? It was a bit weird because I wouldn't see him driving this car around. It was the girly kind of car. Small and baby blue. 
"It's yours baby!" He laughed walking up to me. He wrapped his arms around me. "I am so sorry for behaving like such a dick lately." he whispered in my ear and kissed me after. 
I was completely flabbergasted. A car!
"Do you like it?" He asked with a grin. I managed to nod and actually talk. 
"This is to much Drew. Can we afford this?" It looked like a brand new car. I mean Andrew made good money but this good? 
"Yes we do , don't worry. Go take a test drive!" 
He pushed the keys in my hand and kissed my cheek. He loved to see me so stunned. "You look so adorable like this" He chuckled giving me a little slap on my but. "Go!" He told me and pushed me towards the car. 
I did what he asked and opened the car and sat down. 

It was brand new It had this new car smell. How the hell did he afford this? The thought crossed my mind that he had been gambling and had won for once. I tried to ignore that thought. I should be happy. He bought me this car! The kind of car I had been saving for until he gambled with the money and lost. 
I started the motor taking a deep breath. I should stop thinking about the bad things Andrew did and about the good things. Maybe I could forget Seth like that. 
Seth...
The image of us kissing crossed my mind as I drove of our drive way. To distract myself I turned on the radio and took off for a little drive around town. Taylor was working with her mom so maybe I could drive by and show them. Yes I would do that!

"He bought you a what! No way! Show me, show me!" Taylor was just as flabbergasted as me. She walked out with me and squealed seeing my new ride. "Oh my gosh! It's gorgeous... And new!" She opened the passengers door and sat down. "Shit girl! This is a big big present! Did he have something to make up for" She laughed but stopped as soon as she saw my face. 
"What makes you think that?" I asked sounding a little angry. 
"I didn't mean it like that Em, don't get angry now." She pouted and I just sighed. "Okay" I muttered. I didn't feel like being angry at her. I just wished I could tell her about Seth. 

"Wanna go for a ride?" I asked her ignoring my thoughts about Seth. "Just let me ask if I can. I need a break anyway" She jumped out while I got back in the drivers seat. A minute later she jumped out having with some money. "We have to get my mom a coffee on the way back but we have fourthy-five minutes" She grinned sitting down and buckling up again. 
"Sweet" I muttered and pushed down the gas. 

I managed to forget about Seth now Andrew was home. He was so sweet to me, made diner and showered me with sweet words and we had amazing sex. I didn't have to think about Seth... or well. Sometimes I did. Just a few times. Very few times. Just one time... when Andrew kissed me. And when he started undressing me. For just one tiny second it being Seth. 
Andrew didn't notice anything. He had talked to Seth that day he came home and gave me my new car. For a moment I was scared Seth would have confessed the whole thing. He didn't. He even declined when Andrew asked him to have diner with us. I was so relieved he refused. 

Everything was back to normal. Seth had been... I don't know a mistake. I had been drinking. Something I usually don't do to much. No... It was over and done and would never ever happen again!
