R O S E"Ya want me to do tequila shots every time I haven't done somethin'?" I asked after Sarah's explanation of the game.
"Yeah." I shook my head laughing.
"Sure. Why not!" With that Sarah and I had four shot glasses in front of us, filled with Tequila. "Me first." I smirked.
"Go for it, Cowgirl." I giggled at the new pet name.
"Alright," I sighed, "Never have I ever kissed a woman." The older blonde winked before downing one of her shots. "Suprisingly that didn't shock me." That sent us into a small laughing fit, "Okay your turn."
"Never have I ever.. Rode a horse." I rolled my eyes, grabbing one of my own shots and drinking it quickly. Knowing the slight burning that came along with it, I wanted to get it over as quick as possible.
"Okay," I sat the glass down, "My turn.. Never have I ever dated anyone."
"What?!" Sarah yelled shocked.
"What?" I exhaled slowly, "I don't date." Sarah looked at me wide eyed.
"Have you kissed anyone?" I shook my head.
"I just ain't found the right one yet." Sarah smiled. Grabbing my remaining shots along with her own and drank every single one of them.
"Okay, okay Sarah that's enough. Wanna head home?"
"I think we should dance, Cowgirl." I could feel my cheeks burn with embarrassment.
"I don't dance." The blonde grabbed my hand and pulled me to a larger area in the bar. "And this is not a dance floor, Sarah."
"So?"
"Some other time. Come on let's get you home." Sarah pulled her best pouty face and whined.
"Comeeeee onnnnn, Rose." I exhaled slowly and wrapped my arms around the woman's neck. I leaned in, mere inches from her ear and whispered, "Next time.. Now come on." I grabbed her hand along with her wallet before leading her out of the bar.
"Cowgirl, you are no fun." I exhaled slowly, nodding my head.
"Very true. Now let's get ya back to your apartment." The blonde rolled her eyes but intertwined her slender fingers with my own and I quickly hailed a cab. After our twenty minute drive back to the apartment complex I dragged Sarah to the elevator and to our floor.
"Ya have your keys right?" I questioned.
"Duh." She laughed drunkenly, "But I'm not gonna tell where. You wouldn't dance with me."
"Next time." I assured her, "I promise." After a few more minutes of this back in forth game she finally handed me the keys from her wallet. "Thank you." I opened her apartment door and led her inside.
"Are you alright now?" Sarah nodded, walking towards what I assumed was her bedroom. "See you lat-" She stopped, covered her mouth before running to the bathroom. I rushed after her and watched as the actress retched into a toilet bowl. "Oh, Sarah.."
"I'm fine." Sarah held up her hand in defense, "Just go. I'll see y--" The blonde was cut off once again by another terrible retching sound. I stepped over to her and rubbed her back soothingly.
"I'm here." I pulled back short strands of blonde hair, "It's alright.."
After Sarah was done I got her cleaned off and into pajamas before helping her into bed.
"Goodnight, Sarah. I had fun tonight. Thank ya for inviting me. I hope we can do it again soon." I let out a nervous laugh, "Without the drinking." The blonde agreed lazily before burying herself under her covers. I left Sarah's apartment and into Gloria's.
"Aunt G, I'm back." I yelled. "How was your date?" Suddenly the older woman came out of no where. Her brown, curly hair was pulled into a messy bun and her pajamas were already on.
"Shitty."
"Why's that?"
"He didn't show and I looked like a damn fool sitting at this fancy restaurant alone."
"I'm sorry.." I ran my fingers through my hair, "If it makes you feel any better.." I walked closer to her. "I went with Sarah to a bar and she got shit faced. So, I had to get her back to her apartment in one piece."
"My night was still worse." Gloria stated. The woman turned on her heels, walking to her room.
"Goodnight to ya too." I mumbled sarcastically as I made my way to my room.
