S A R A H

"You look absolutely stunning." Rose smiled shyly at me as she pulled at her dress. "You really do, Rose."

"Th-Thank ya. Sorry I'm just not use to all this."

"Don't be sorry," I assured her. "i'm just as nervous as you are." I wrap my arm around her waist before ushering her through the doors of Bistro Voltaire. One of the finest Italian restaurants in New York. Once I stated my reservation name, the host brought us to a secluded area, then to a small round table that was covered in a silky red cloth.

"This is all too much, Sar." I shook my head and pulled out her chair. Hesitantly, she sat down and I pushed the chair in with ease. Before sitting on the opposite side of the table. Once the waiter came I ordered a bottle of wine for us and Rose insisted I picked her . Considering she couldn't read half the things on the menu. As we waited for our meals. I poured us both a glass of Pinot Noir.

"Ya are incredible." Rose stated matter-of-factly with a smile on her face.

"Oh I am, am I?" I ran my index finger over her hand, that laid on the table, gently.

"Yeah, ya are. I can't believe you would ever go on a date with me."  I stopped my ministrations on her hand and grasped it in my own instead.

"You are an amazing, funny, breathtakingly beautiful woman, Rose Travis." I squeezed her hand reassurdely, "who I just so happen to like very much." The younger blonde bit her bottom lip, cutely.

"I like ya too, Sar. A lot." I nodded before lifting her hand to my lips, kissing the skin that laid there softly.

. . .

After dinner Rose and I decided to do a little bit of sight seeing before we called it a night.

"New York is such a beautiful place." Rose whispered as we both stared up at the dark night sky.

"It is," I shifted closer to her on the park's bench, "but you are an even better sight to see." I laughed at my own cheesy line. "Sorry that was terrible."

"I thought it was cute." The blonde's lips turned into a wide smile. "May I kiss ya, Sarah?"

"Is that even a question?" I leaned in and captured the latter's lips in a soft embrace. I felt her arms wrap around my neck to deepening the kiss,  while I snaked mine around her thin waist.

Then there was a bright flash and we both separated breathlessly. I turned to the source of light to see a small man with a camera in his hands.

Fucking paparazzi

I began to stand up but Rose quickly grabbed my arm and pulled me back down. "We might as well give them a show, babe." Next thing I knew the woman had me pinned to the wooden bench as she furiously kissed me. I saw a few other flashes before they disappeared completely. I pulled away and saw a huge smirk on the younger blonde's face.

"Sarah Paulson be my girlfriend? For real I mean," She laughed.

"Yes, I'll be your girlfriend.. For real." We both stood and grabbed each other's hands as we walked back to my car.

. .  .

"Do ya want to come inside for awhile? Gloria is home but we all could watch a movie or something?" Rose asked. As we stood in front of her aunt's apartment.

"I wish I could, beautiful.. But tomorrow I have to get up early for work." The blonde poofed up her cupid bow lips cutely, pouting.

"How early?"

"5:30." Rose grimaced.

"Uh... I'm going miss ya." I nodded, cupping her face with my hands delicately.

"I already miss you." I placed a single kiss to soft, pink lips. "But Tuesday through Friday I'm all yours."

"Good." The latter smiled. "Now go get some rest. Ya have lots of work to do. Goodnight, City Girl."
"Goodnight, Country Girl." And with that we both parted our separate ways and headed to our own apartments.

Yes, this was defiantly a great second date.
