"Come on Gail! Can you tell us now? We've been standing here about five minutes and all we hear is you typing something on your laptop." Said Sandy getting really impatient.

"Sandy babes! Calm down! Gail will tell us now, right?" Said Gabbie with a hopeful tone.

"Alright, alright!" Said Gail as she pressed the space bar of her laptop and the projection screen came down.

"This is my Emit1000", said Gail,"Emit because...."

"That's time backwards! Totes Harry Potter." Said Gabbie feeling smart.

Gail glared at her but she didn't notice. "Well actually it's because I was going to use it to go back it time."

"Smart people jokes." Said Sandy
"Tell me about it!" Replied Tara

"Okay guys! I'm not used to people talking when I talk so would you please care to zip it!"

A silent lab reflected of Gail's glasses.

"Thank you. So this machine took us somewhere out of the space time continuum. And with research I found the Space time continuum isn't just our world. So I have to enhance the tracker I put on Rocky to all around the STC and when we know where he is I'll add the place to my Emit and we get Rocky!!" Said Gail

The girls barely nodded as they knew Gail's plan would work and it was no use arguing.

"Okay so what do we do?" Said Tara

"You assist me in adding the new enhancement to the Emit. " said Gail trying to seem like a firm leader.

"Whatever." Said Sandy rolling her eyes

"Love the enthusiasm! Now Tara, recode the given lines to the ones on the paper next to my laptop. Sandy please come over here and help out with the machine. Gabbie go get the stuff written in that sheet." Gail ordered

"What can I do Ms. Martinez?" Said a voice which seemed rather familiar to Gabbie.

All four of them turned around to see a fellow classmate at the entrance of the lab.

"Josh! What are you doing here?" Said Gabbie

"I was with questioning a few members of the swim team for the school paper when I heard noises from the chemistry lab. I thought I was gonna come up with a good headline, 'Chem lab haunted' or something..."

"Haunted!!" Tara fake laughed! "Good one Josh! How could the school be haunted!!" She laughed as her laughing slowly changes into an embarrassed cringe

"Any who." He continued, "Well I can still make a good news. Martinez and her girls up to something fishy"

"We're not her girls." Said Sandy pointing at Gail.

"What do you want Josh?" Said Gabbie sounding annoyed.

"I want in. I've overheard everything and who doesn't wanna be part of a rescue mission through the space time continuum!" He lied, all he wanted was to be around Gabbie so that there could be a chance she might like him back.

Oh great! Other person to nag me around, thought Gail.

"Alright. You're in. The more we have, the faster we work. Josh, please help Gabbie in collecting the list of equipment" said Gail as everyone went back to their assigned work.
