"Next!" Yelled Jessica.

Okay. Here goes nothing! Thought Sandy as she stepped forward.

Jessica's eyes were left wide open, "Oh goodie! The geek blonde!" She said sarcastically as she rolled her eyes.

"Nice to see you to Jessica!" Said Sandy as she smiled not wanting to show Jessica her lack of school spirit.

"Show me what you got bitch." Said Jessica. She was gaping at Sandy, Sandy looked beautiful. There was almost a chance Sandy looked better that herself. No wonder Rocky liked Sandy and not her.

I'm gonna crush her dreams, thought Jessica.

As the music started Sandy's body flowed with it. Her moves were perfect and her 'acrobatic movements' as well (sorry I don't know how to "talk dance")

At the end Jessica knew that Sandy deserved a place but she didn't want Sandy to grow popular. She was a threat to Jessica and the only way to face problems is to get rid of them. (Not really it's actually solving them)

The other two girls who sat beside Jessica broke into an applause but when they earned a glare from Jessica they quietly sat down.

Jessica took out a pink paper and wrote 'Rejected' on it in a big yet neat handwriting.

" Now Ashley, hand this to the geek blonde. I wouldn't want to catch her talentless moves now would I. Better you that me." She said so Sandy could hear her.

When Sandy saw the paper a tear came out of her eyes. "You can't do this Jessica. You know I belong on the team." She said wiping her tear off with anger.

"Try me." She said as she blew a kiss.

"Next!" She yelled as she signaled Sandy to get lost.

Sandy ran out of their, no tears ran out of her eyes it was just pure anger. How could the bitch blonde do this to her! She looked at the pink paper and a tear fell on it. So many hopes crushed. She crumpled it and threw it on the ground and stepped on it.

"Gabbie!" She said as she ran into her arms.

"It's okay Sandy." Said Gabbie comforting her, "Bitch blonde's crew didn't deserve you anyway." She added as she gave Josh a signal to pick the paper up.

"You're right. There are still fifteen minutes to class, let's get some soda in the canteen." Said Sandy

"Ooh and gummybears!" Said Gabbie earning a smile from Sandy.

During that time Josh ran down to 666 and added the pink paper to the potion and the parchment of hatred crossed out. The plan worked!

"Mr. Watson! So you're the Troublemaker! You're coming with me." Said a voice behind Josh.

Josh's blood turned to ice, be slowly turned around to see Ms. Ventiquae.

"Shit."

"Hey Gabbie have you seen Josh anywhere? He's been a no show since lunch." Asked Chris

"No. That's why I'm worried. I was just going to Ms. Ventiquae's office, she called me." Gabbie replied

Chris waved a goodbye and head off to class with Tara.

Why would Ms. Ventiquae want to see me all of a sudden? She thought.

She knocked on her office door and heard the permission to enter and that's when she saw Josh sitting in front of her.

"Gabbie dear. Now tell me, honestly. Were you involved with Josh, or as I've found out, the Troublemaker." She asked as she signaled Gabbie to sit.

"No way. Josh isn't the Troublemaker! He can't even prank me well enough to drink salted coffee." She replied, the shock was a bit too much.

Josh was nervous, even though he wasn't the Troublemaker, he knew who it was. When he was looking around trying to avoid any sort of eye contact with Ms. Ventiquae he saw a picture, a picture of very young and beautiful Ms. Ventiquae and a girl, a very familiar girl. Short blonde hair with big brown eyes, it was Marylou! The girl with Rocky!

That girl! That's Marylou!" He said not able to keep his thoughts to himself.

"How do you know my sister? She... Went missing -" said Ms. Ventiquae

"30 years ago!" Said Gabbie as an idea hit her head.

"Again how do you know?"

"Ma'am. Do you know who Tempus is?" Asked Josh rather calm for this question.

"You kids know!" She said as she stood up.

"Ms. Ventiquae, we have to tell you something." Said Gabbie as she explained the entire story about Rocky and Gail and the potion Vitae.

"Hand me the list." She said as Josh passed the list.

"Wow you kids are good! You've done pretty well." She said

"If you don't mind, could you tell me how Marylou got up there?" Asked Josh again rather calmly for the question (he needs to learn the right tone for the right sentence, words are weapons bigger than guns. But who am I to say, all I do is run.)

"We were home alone, as our parents were in Antarctica studying penguins, the day she was working on her science project for the seniors science fair where college scouts would come and see if she was worth being in some special group of kids who are really smart and stuff. I was in freshmen year. Suddenly a really loud noise came from her room and when I saw she was gone..."

Gabbie knew the feeling of loosing your sibling, your actual best friend for life.

"... I tried calling my parents but they didn't pick up. So I tried fixing the machine and going after my sister. I managed to fix it by using her notes and but I found myself in a really orange atmosphere." She added.

"Tempus's lair!" Said Josh (Excuse me! What do I look like to you? A criminal? It's not a lair, it's more like a place I get for myself.)

"That's right. She told me that I had to make this potion in 48 hours as well but I was exactly a second late so Tempus killed Marylou."

"That's not possible, she's very much alive. I saw her, she's with my brother just not aging." Said Gabbie comforting Ms. Ventiquae.

"Kids I think I might have something that can help." Said Ms. Ventiquae as she lead the kids inside
