Louis: Your eyes scrolled down your phone, giggling once again at the way the story you were reading was turning out. First the Nando’s, carrots, and spoon phobia. Now you were on to the real action, wild goose chases by fans, love at first sight, and even the extremity of the lead girl not realizing who Louis Tomlinson was, even though he was a part of the biggest boy band in the world and surrounded by security at the time of their meeting. You couldn’t help but laugh at the plot but found yourself still unable to keep from reading. Louis overheard you, interested in what had caught your attention. “What are you laughing at so hard over here?” He smiled. You held your phone away from him, still giggling as he sat on your lap, play fighting with you over the device. He read for only a moment before realizing what you were reading, chuckling and handing back your phone with one word to sum up the entire story. “Ridiculous.”

Harry: Harry loved to see you lost in a story; the way your eyes would narrow as you continued reading or how you would laugh out loud at a part you found funny. “Read to me until I fall asleep.” He would always sigh; tucking his arms behind his head and listening to your voice fill the open air. This time you refused to read to him so he was curious as to what you were reading that he couldn’t hear. As you slept the next morning he picked up your phone, opening to directly to the screen you left it on. He couldn’t help but giggle as he realized you were reading a fanfiction revolving around him, letting you keep your little secret until the next night when he convinced you to read the entire thing until he drifted to sleep.

Niall: Niall’s head rests on your shoulder, his eyes closed so you begin picking up on the latest chapter of the fanfiction you’d been reading. As you scroll down your phone you feel a slight movement on your arm, Niall’s body shaking a little as he chuckles. “I can’t believe you’re reading a fanfic.” He smirks, eyes cracked just a little, reading only a couple of paragraphs as you were. “It’s actually pretty good. Some of your fans could be actual authors one day.” You nudge him a little, but he’d already dozed back off, leaving you to your story.

Liam: “What are you reading there?” Liam asked as he saw you bent over one of your textbooks with printed papers lined in front of you. “Just something we have to read for class.” I smiled innocently, dodging back into your story. “Interesting?” He questioned again, curious as to why you were so intrigued by something you were reading for statistics as your textbook told him. When you stood, leaving your book to have a drink he glanced down at what you’d been reading, his name visible among the words. When you came back your mouth popped open, finding him reading paragraphs at a time. He studied you for a moment before placing them face down on the table and pulling you into his lap. “Well, it’s a good story but you don’t have to read that babe. You’ve got a real life fanfic right here.”

Zayn: You always read before bedtime, a book spread open in front of you, only your bedside lamp giving off a dim glow against the book. Tonight, your laptop sat open on your lap, Zayn sleeping silently next to you. Before you knew it you were dozing off, your computer still open in front of you. You woke in the middle of the night to find Zayn slowly moving your computer from the bed, sliding your body under the covers and cuddling in next to you. You hadn’t thought about what would have been on your screen as you were too exhausted, realizing only when you woke the next morning, finding him wide awake with one question, “Are my eyes really like pools of chocolate you can just melt into?”, that he’d taken a look at the fanfiction you’d lost yourself in, directly quoting the author as she made an attempt at describing those completely indescribable eyes.
