Louis: You were making breakfast for your family when your husband came into the kitchen, arguing with one of your sons. “Lucas, I’m not telling you again. Go back to bed." Your 5 year old sniffled and groaned. “But daddy! I’m not sick!" He coughed as he sat down at the table. Your other son and Lucas’s twin, Nicholas looked up at you as you put 4 plates down on the table. “He’s sick, get him away from me. You held the back of your hand up to Lucas’s forehead. “You do have a fever, drink some orange juice sweetie." “But mummy I’m not sick! Superheroes don’t get sick," Lucas rushed out before coughing again. Louis sighed as Lucas tried to control his coughs. “Iron Man gets sick all the time," Louis replied and Lucas looked at his dad. “How do you know?" “He’s my best friend. C’mon little man finish your pancakes then go back to bed. Mummy will take care of you and I will help her after I drop your brother off at school."
Harry: "Mummy," you heard a small voice repeat while feeling a light tug on your arm, pulling you out of your slumber. You opened your eyes to see your 4 year old daughter, Elisabeth, staring at you in the faint moon light. You sat up and cleared your throat. “What is it baby?" you asked, shaking Harry to wake him up. He groaned but sat up and you both waited for Elisabeth’s answer. “I don’t feel good. Can I sleep with you?" she asked, looking at the ground. “Of course you can sweetie. C’mon," Harry smiled sleepily. She smiled and climbed up on the, settling between you two with her teddy bear in her hand. She closed her eyes and smiled. “Goodnight mummy. Goodnight daddy. I love you." “We love you too baby," Harry sighed, kissing her forehead as you both laid back down and fell back asleep.
Niall: Your 15 year old son, Cameron, lay on the couch, coughing as he watched TV before grabbing the garbage can next to the couch and emptying his stomach into it. Niall walked up to him and patted him on the back as his son finished. “How you feeling bud?" Cameron groaned and glared at him. “How do you think dad?" Niall sighed, “I know food poisoning sucks. I’ve had it plenty of times, but you’ll be better soon." You & your 8 year old, Sara, came into the living room, you holding peppermint tea and Sara with saltine crackers. “These should help baby," you smiled sweetly handing him the tea. “Thanks mum," Cameron smiled, taking a sip.
Liam: "Daddy, I don’t feel good," your 6 year old, Andrew, whined, walking into the living room and standing in front of Liam, who was sitting on the couch. Liam sat up and pulled his son onto his lap. “What’s wrong little man?" Liam asked, fixing Andrew’s messy hair. “My tummy hurts," he groaned. Liam gasped dramatically. “Wow son! Do you think it’s because you ate too many sweets?" Andrew giggled and shook his head. “No daddy!" Liam stood up and your son wrapped his small arms around Liam’s neck and his legs around Liam’s waist. Liam laughed and carried Andrew into the kitchen, setting him down on the counter before grabbing a cup from the cupboard. Liam poured a glass of milk and handed it to Andrew. “Next time don’t eat all of your Halloween candy at once, okay Drew?"
Zayn: "Whoa, Isaiah, what’s on your arm?" you asked. He sighed. “I don’t know. I just noticed it when I woke up."You grabbed his arm and examined it. “I think it’s-" You were cut off by your husband walking in the room. “What’s going on?" “Zayn, does this look like chickenpox to you?" Zayn shrugged, “Wouldn’t know, and never had them. If you want I’ll give the doctor a call." You nodded and sighed. “Go back to bed sweetie," you handed your son a glass of water and he nodded and headed back upstairs. 2 hours later, your doctor walked into the kitchen where you and Zayn were waiting. “Isaiah has Vermicelli; more commonly known as chickenpox." “Really?" “Yes. All you can do is let the virus take its course. His symptoms are going to be like he has a cold except he’ll be a lot itchier. If he scratches it will scar so be careful. But besides that the most you can do is give him Advil for the cold-like symptoms and just wait it out." You nodded as Zayn got up and shook the doctor’s hand. “Thanks doc," Zayn smiled kindly as he led the doctor out the door.
