Louis: He can’t even believe it. It strikes him, so unexpectedly. He knew you were sick, but he kept telling you that you’d be fine, it would go away, but now he’s facing the reality of how seriously sick you are. He can’t even bare look at the doctor telling you the news, instead he looks at the floor, and then he looks at you. He looks at you, and knows that you’re going to pull through. You have to, he loves you!
Harry: He tries so hard to keep it together, but he can’t. Thoughts go rushing into his mind, and he’s scared of losing you. He cries, but knows he has to be strong for you. You’re his rock, the center of his world. You’ve always supported every decision he’s ever made, and now he’s going to need to support you. You can fight this.
Niall: "Sorry," he mutters out, thinking he could have prevented it. He’s so apologetic, and blaming himself. You know it’s not his fault that his horrible thing has happened to you, but he won’t believe you. He puts the full blame on himself. This shouldn’t be happening to his princess, and he’ll do anything to help you fight it.
Liam: As soon as he hears the word, cancer, his mind just races. He knows he can’t cry, can’t show he’s upset, or you’re going to get upset. He cannot stand to his girl upset, and that would just add on to his sadness. He vows to be there for you, through out everything, and has complete faith that you’ll be able to overcome this.
Zayn: The news is all too much for him. He has to leave the room, just to collect his thoughts. As soon as he leaves the room, the tears stream down his face. He can’t bear the thought of not having you around, it kills him. He walks out into the hallway, just to let the tears out. You know that he’s crying, but he doesn’t want you to see him like this. He doesn’t want you to see that he his just as scared as you are.
